My experience with Caleb at the Airway Heights store was beyond great! Caleb’s professionalism and friendly demeanor were terrific. I knew the plan I needed and I wasn’t pressured into a more expensive plan or purchasing a new phone. All my questions were answered with good information. Given the professionalism, friendliness and great service, I know I will never regret my choosing T-Mobile as my cellular service provider.

Oh my goodnes!!! Nick was so amazing in helping my family switch carriers! He sat with us and helped make this frustrating experience more enjoyable. Overall great customer service and friendliness, great job everyone and were so happy to be apart of T-Mobile now!!!!

Recently went in to purchase a phone. In a time when so many people have poor to none existent customer service skills it was refreshingly pleasant to receive high quality customer service combined with technical competence. Caleb sold me my phone and helped me find the best fit for my needs. Both Haruko and Nick were equally helpful and knowledgeable. Nowadays when so many young people in the service industries have never even heard the phrase "customer service", it is refreshing to deal with young sales people who understand that concept.

Just switched cell phone carriers and got new phones. Caleb helped us out, he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process very simple! Very happy with the customer service!

I went in to have them transfer all my stuff on to a new phone after my screen cracked. Nick was super helpful and friendly. It took about an hour to finish everything up, but he chatted with me the while time and was professional all the way. Its not often that you spend that much time in a phone store and come out happy. Thanks Nick!!

Savannah was awesome and super funny and helped me with all of my questions! Looking forward to upgrading my phone with her- I will definitely be going back to see her again!

when Bryce, the store manager, told me about the review left with 1 star, i had to get online and say something. Let me tell you my experience here was FAR better than the mall, will never go to that store again. I walked in to pay off my devices after finding out about sprints lease fee at 18 months. i was actually at month 24. Bryce looked at my bill, called someone on the phone and then told me to check the balance of my sprint account. i walked in with a 600$ balance and he got into $250 and i didn't even ask him to do anything to my bill, i came in miserable and prepared to pay the 600$ balance.that's a clear sign of someone caring , which is rare these days! The extra money helped me so much during Xmas. His employee seemed friendly and knew what she was doing, but didn't talk to them much as they were with other customers. i will now follow Bryce wherever he is working and whatever he is selling, and told him i was firm on that!!

Mohammad Ali was fantastic. I would highly recommend him to talk to if you have any issues. He listened to o my rants, calmed me down nicely and fixed my issues. Thank you, Mohammad.

Wow! These guys were great! I walked in with a billing question and left saving ALOT of money. Bryce Fuller (store manager) and Nicholis Christianson (assistant) were super friendly and helpful. They used their knowledge and experience to get me a terrific deal.

I will give a full 5 as I came in with a huge concern that did not get resolved for a couple months by phone and Paxston said he would resolve it for me, he reasurred me he would get it resolved. I was so worried and he never batted a eye. His words "I got you here". And he did it 30 minutes. He and manager Zach were polite, really explained things. I was ready to never have t mobile again. And I will be back now.

I just added a new flip phone for my 94 year-old mother at the Airway Heights store. They were so helpful. I could not make the purchase over the weekend either online or on the phone. If you want help, this is your team of communication experts!

Maruka was very nice and helpful. She cares about her customers and does all she can to help them. Outstanding person.

Excellent cutomer service and pleasant helpers. Not used to having cell employees being so helpful. Makes my life a little easier. Edit: I should mention looking at recent reviews, Bryce is pleasant to work with and made it easy to understand some things I wasn't famiar with. I can't pictufe him lying about anything given the personal wxchange we had.

Had a great experience at this store we had a very hard time transferring my old number to my new sprint phone the team knew how important it was and never gave up it took 2 hours I appreciate there dedication and the customer service is amazing. Being in customer service myself I always appreciate great customer care!!

This store is great with customer service!!! Everyone is super knowledgeable, very helpful & overall the entire atmosphere of the store is very chill! They don’t pressure you, they help you get what you need! Both Bryce & Nick are awesome! Definitely recommend going to them for all your needs!

Great experience. My only complaint was the updates tool forever on the phones, but that's expected so I'm still giving 5 stars. Makenna helped us and she was awesome. Will be back.

Kristen.......... i dont think i have ever in my 29 years of being alive witnessed customer service like this. She is a rockstar. She solved the problem i was having and wasnt gonna give up!!!! Any employer out there better charish this one, and feel lucky to have her..

Zach helped me through an ordeal (caused by another location) I had in getting my phone upgraded with the utmost courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Thank you Zach for restoring my faith in t-mobile and humanity!
