Most organized Lowe's I've visited in Michigan. This was my first time at this store. I saw multiple employees actually helping people, which isn't always the case when I go to Lowes. Then when I needed help. They came over when they were done helping someone else. Cashier was really nice and helpful. This was on a Sunday.

It sure is hard to find a good person to talk to you that knows what they're talking about in their particular area of expertise I can say for quite some time now every single department that we have ever been in always has someone that absolutely knows their stuff I have appreciated it more than I can express I absolutely love going to the store and getting the type of help that I think that I truly need in any department... Thank you thank you

If you guys ever need assistance, this is the place to go. The manager Mandy? Was not helpful at all, i ended up telling her it was fine and yadda ya. Matt, an associate who needs to be a manager, sat there and helped with my issue until he figured it out. I’m not really good with phones and stuff but he got it done! Literally best service I’ve ever gotten as a female in Lowe’s!!

HUGE shoutout to DS Chris! He took time in the middle of doing something to help me purchase something that I was looking for online. Chris made the progress very easy and was able to get me on my way in just a few minutes! From his communication throughout the whole process, friendly attitude, and his product/service knowledge he is an amazing asset to your team! 😊

Just had our countertops done, we love them! From in store assistance to install, it was a smooth & friendly process.

By far the best place to buy wood! They have all the different kinds and it is much easier to find the wood you need than it is at other retailers. Staff is always super friendly and super nice. Place is always super clean.

I had a good experience when I visited this Lowe's. I needed assistance (I had questions regarding a project from my room), and was greeted by an employee in the isle that I was in immediately. He spent time answering my questions, and gave suggestions based on knowledge & experience.

The store was clean, and organized. Overall I would definitely recommend visiting this location to any of my friends, or family.

This location is excellent in every way. All of the associates are kind respectful and courteous. As a disabled veteran, I really appreciate the military discount offered every day. They have specialized parking spots for disabled people as well as veterans. They have a great selection great quality products and they're always priced fair. I have always felt this is a worthwhile trip for me despite having to drive about 25 minutes to get there.

I had a fridge delivered last Wednesday the gentleman that delivered my fridge we're very polite professional and very on time even took the time to help us fit the fridge through the door..had to make a few adjustments ..again I really appreciated the delivery guys and the accuracy of their timing too!!

Today I went into the Lowe’s in Howell on grand river. I was greeted by Tom at the pro desk rather quickly. Tom was able to sign me up for a credit card and asked if I was making any large purchases today. I had already grabbed a flatbed cart In anticipation of going back and getting a hot water heater. Tom asked if I had an item number for the hot water heater and after I provided it to him he said don’t worry he would have it waiting by the pro desk when I finish shopping. He was attentive professional and courteous the things that you look for when you are spending money at a store. When I was done Tom and Zack took the hot water heater and loaded into my truck without hesitation and it’s the things like this that make me want to return to the store thank you Lowe’s for hiring great people.

They have some beautiful plants! Great selection. I especially love the succulents!

Came here to look at clothes washers and the associate Kim came and helped us out. She was knowledgeable and very helpful! She did not pressure us and was amenable to answer the plethora of questions I had. Very happy with our experience purchasing here.

I have been shopping at this Lowe's on Latson for about 18 years now and have always had a positive experience. The employees are courteous, helpful, and know the store and the products well. Yesterday I was purchasing 4 Levelor blinds to finish replacing all my condo's old blinds. As soon as I got in the right inventory/display area Megan popped up and asked if she could help me. I explained what I was looking for (style, size, color, etc.) she was quick to verify what I was looking for and immediately started pulling stock from the racks and explaining to me in great detail what the next step in the process was going to be. She kept me engaged throughout the whole process and offered helpful suggestions for ordering one blind that had to be a custom order. She explained the checkout process with stock and special order items so there would be no confusion with that. I am in my 80's and am somewhat hesitant anymore to do any shopping that involves anything more than walking in grabbing something off the shelf and checking out. Megan turned this shopping experience into a pleasurable experience!
I hope that management recognizes what an asset this young lady is to Lowe's!

I stopped at this store on my home from a trip to check if an item was available, that was out of stock at my local Lowe’s. While getting directions from Siri she mentioned a lower star rating. Despite this I thought I would stop and see. I’m glad I did. There were two store associates available to help right away on a Saturday late afternoon. The young man, Liam, assisted me with my purchase and helped load it in my car. Easy, fast and very cordial. I also used the restroom which was conveniently located in the center of the back of the store. It was very clean. I’m guessing this store is newer and it still shows. I had a great experience. I should mention I purchased the American Standard Clean toilet. It’s not installed yet but it was exactly what I was looking for.

It's just like Home Depot. Can't find a difference really. Oh wait, Lowe's has a way better selection of spray paints! Home Depot has a better 70% off lumber pile though..

Went to Lowe's to get a Simpson pressure washer and get signed up for a Lowe's credit card. To my surprise by signing up for the CC I got 20% off my purchase! Bruce H. and Martin H. handled my transaction right in the aisle CC, pressure washer and they walked me to the cashier where Julie checked me out and got the 20% off my total purchase! Customer service from the three associates was fantastic! Bye Bye Home Depot.

Sorry we didn't get names but the young lady that helped us with blinds ( tats on left forearm and long brown hair) was very friendly and helpful. As was the cashier who checked us out. We have been going to other stores for over a month trying to purchase a new washer and dryer, we stopped into this Lowe's and finally, found someone to help us, we bought the Maytag pet pro system, and the lady that helped us was awesome, sadly we were forced to drive past so many stores, just to find a nice person, but glad we did, this Howell store is my new favorite
