Great store with helpful employees. We bought a blue tool storage chest that is absolutely top notch quality. We used a no exclusion coupon. The blue was special order but arrived quicker than their own estimate! No damage and they even helped load it in our SUV. It was packaged so so well. It went together quickly and they even included drawer padded mats to protect your tools. Wonderful experience!

Been to quite a few Harbor Freight Stores.
This one looks a little different and has a huge parking lot.
Got a coupon today for Free LED light and stopped by to get that and look at their trailer kits.
The salesperson told me that they do not have any trailers in stock at this time.
She also told me the trailers come with a title to get them licensed!

Early morning staff not at checkout

Walked in really intimidated, I’m a new homeowner and needed a chainsaw to clear some small trees from my yard. The guy who helped me was super friendly and not judgmental and answered all my questions, made sure I had oil and safety gear and it was all under $100. Real 10/10 experience for someone who wants to be more handy. Thanks guys!

You have to go into Harbor freight knowing that you're not getting the most top of the line tools there. But that's fine because I am looking for tools that I would use around the house versus for a job. I was upgrading some of my tools that were somewhat beat up and out of date and found some interesting items that I am going to put to use for projects that I have. I don't have any experience with their power tools I prefer milwaukee. However, they do look solid. I don't know if I want to take a chance on something breaking down a year after I own it. Also, don't forget to check out their website or grab a paper when you walk in, as the coupons are really handy for items that are deeply discounted. All in all for guys like me, I think that harbor freight is a valuable resource to those looking for tools for a particular job or project and not workhorse tools that you need to use on a daily basis.

Orland Park IL, Harbor freight store is awesome. Employees are so helpful the restrooms are very clean.
They have everything you need it’s on the shelf. If they don’t have it on the shelf they can get it for you.

Once you enter you most likely will be shipping up and down the aisles like a grocery store!

I don't come here to often but when I do they got some good deals on what I need. I came here to pick this carrier for a dirt bike so I'll see how it turns out when I open it to use it..

Cheap prices and great finds. Yet to have any problems with any tools I buy from here. Staff is friendly and more than willing to help you find what you need. Wonderful manager with very short hair. Didn't catch her name. But couldn't have been more willing to help me find what I needed and opened another register to get me on with my day. Couldn't have been a better experience. This place is the go to for you odds and ends for both hobby and industrial tasks.

Went to grab a 5 dollar item end up spending 100

Always clean and stocked! Always a helpful staff. The manager Amber is always super helpful. The guys helped me load a heavy item in my vehicle

Went by the store to pick up some moving blankets but they had just received their delivery and they were buried behind multiple pallets of stock. They asked if I could come back the next day and apologized for the inconvenience. When I went back, the manager recognized me and said that although the moving blankets were still not on the shelves in the store, he would personally move things around in the back and get them for me. It took him a little bit of time but he got them for me. The people at the Orland Park store were friendly and helpful. That’s why I shop there. Their customer service is the best. Thank you!

As I have said before, all Harbor freight stores are very good and economical for tools.

Stopped in for compact battery jump pack car starter, not over priced, just what I need for emergency jumps for the winter, I needed more time to explore this store, looks for future shopping of my garage needs for great low priced tools, and friendly and helpful staff.

10/10: Great store!! Have been going here for years and have had a pleasant experience each time. Huge shoutout to TIM and RACHEL for amazing customer service.Today I went and bought multiple items. And I must admit I was “that guy” taking forever holding up the line and paying half card half cash. I personally knew, from working in customer service, that I was a little bit of handful for the people working and shopping. Although I had caused them an inconvenience, Tim and Rachel stayed super professional and didn’t show any irritability. Instead, they were helpful and friendly until I left, even helping me load my items into the vehicle. Thank you HF!

I really like shopping Harbor Freight Tools i save allot and the tools work great never had a problem returning a tool for exchange or refund if defective or any reasonable reason.
