AT&T Store

This is the best AT&T to go to! Avoid the one at Sam’s, and definitely the one on Whitesburg. The girls at the store today took their time and were able to help me, I was in a pickle with my phone situation and they found a solution. Customer service was great, and things were done correctly.

I have been to this location multiple times, and they are always great, and Aubri today was no exception! My husband and I wanted to add a line, and despite the other phone company giving us a bit of trouble, she was understanding, and extremely helpful and speedy!

Aubri was amazing! Convinced me to get the JBL speaker that I'm now in love with! Best AT&T service

Jordan, the sales rep on memorial parkway was beyond helpful. She assisted me with every part of adding a line and upgrading my phone. The experience was overall very nice and I’d like to give her a shoutout for it

When you visit ask for Jordan. Is was a wonderful associate at this location. She was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products and what AT&T offered. I went to the Whitesburg location first, and didn’t have a great experience or the help I needed. But Joey and Jordan were great here. They got me squared away. I’d highly recommend this location

Joey and Jordan were the absolute BEST! After being jerked around in the Decatur, AL store, I went to this location. Joey solved the problem instantly, as well as helped me to upgrade to a new phone. I will go to this location from now on, even though it's further away for me.

Great experience, Jordan was very impressive, handling multiple customers at once while not disregarding or ignoring any of them either. She was kind and conversational, unlike most service employees who sound like they don’t want to be there. She truly loves her job. Also, love all the windows at this location.

Came in for a NextUp trade in. Jordan provided a phenomenal experience, and was both friendly and professional. When they didn't have the phone I wanted in the back, her colleague Joey (I think? Perhaps Jody, I'm sorry!) went out of her way to open and search newly arrived inventory in sealed boxes until she found one for me. Entertaining, benevolent; a sublime experience from start to finish. I'll come back to this store specifically because of my experience here.

Justin assisted me on Friday and did an amazing job. He was the only one working and managed to help all 3 customers waiting. His time management was perfect! As being an assistant store manager, he would definitely be an amazing manager. Down to his leadership skills, accountability and maintaining the flow of all the customer needs. Truly helped me tremendously!

Out of all the stores I have dealt with in the area, this store had both the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra I wanted and the expedience I expected for the transaction. Wesley the manager was both knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and the store's team worked with us over the course of two days to make sure me and my wife were taken care of. She and I are very satisfied!

Austin was very good help. Better than the airport rd store a few more miles away. He was very good at multitasking up to 3 customers at once. For being so young he did very well. We were very pleased in his professionalism and ability to handle things on his own. We will no longer go to the store on airport. We will only come here.

I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday & needed a SIM card for a loaner phone from a friend.

The phone needed to do a lengthy update before being able to make a phone call to test the new SIM card.

The customer care rep, Angie, insisted on waiting however long it took to make sure my new temp phone would work. She also went above and beyond to try to help me figure out ways to find my lost phone earlier in the day and then stayed after closing for 30 minutes to make sure my phone worked. That’s true customer service!!

She will go places in this world. I hope AT&T recognizes her skills and rewards her. Customer service is a lost skill and Angie nailed it.

I won't lie, I visited this store after visiting a Verizon store and expecting to leave the AT&T ecosystem if I was unable to get a new decent phone with a cheaper or similar priced plan. I guess I showed up at the end of everyone's shift, because I was quickly passed off to the only employee I saw in the store for the remainder of my visit, Luke.

Luke was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get a better idea of my cellular plan as well as worked hard to find a solution and products for me. I can't say much about the store or it's wares as Luke and I quickly discovered I needed equipment far more rugged than what your average retailer will carry. However, Luke's insight and knowledge was well worth the trip. It's no exaggeration to say he has single handedly managed to convince me to stay with AT&T for a few more years and earned my whole-hearted recommendation!

As a customer service specialist myself I am rarely impressed but the service I received from your 2 associates was at such an astounding level that it could literally restore my faith in humanity.
Congratulations on having such great associates you should be both proud to have them and fear losing them because people of that high of quality are few and far between, and you have 2.
