AT&T Store

Jordan was very helpful and swift at fulfilling the services I requested. Also, both Jordan and Drew were very knowledgeable on products I inquired about. Overall, my experience was exceptional.

I came into the Hampton Cove location very distraught over an issue with Comcast/Xfinity wifi.

I was greeted by Shannon. She explained to me what MY best options would be, she researched and ran different scenarios to see what would be most cost efficient for ME. Overall, MY best interest was her TOP PRIORITY .

I greatly appreciate the time and information she relayed to me. She also walked through set up of the device and made sure it was in good working order before I left the store.

I was blown away by her customer service. Shannon is a definite asset to ATT

Best Customer Service Ever! Shannon and Drew made sure my family got the right plan for us and took wonderful care of us. They were professional and went over and beyond helping us with our new service plan and for choosing the right phones for our family. We had questions.. They had answers.

We were extremely satisfied with Micah at the Hampton Cove store. He removed an issue that I had been having for over a week with the online support. We drove 45 mins or more out of our way and would do it again due to his knowledge and service.

The store manager was working alone and I must say- he was the most efficient AT&T sales person I have dealt with in over 20 years. I am an engineer by trade and don't easily give compliments ; however, he was detailed, thorough, knowledgeable , and had great customer awareness!!! He was outstanding !!!

Micah is so knowledgeable and helped us a great deal. Super nice and his multi-tasking skills are amazing!!!! The ONLY thing that needs improvement is the store is right next to Chik-Fil-A is right next door and the traffic is INSANE! A different location is much needed.

Our salesman, Cameron, did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He offered options, for us to consider. I highly recommend him.

Had such the best experience with Shelby! Had to get off my parents plan on to a new plan by myself. She made everything so transparent and got me the best deal. Truly a great team that takes pride in making sure each and every customer is well taken care of!

I love that this store is always clean. The staff makes you experience so pleasant, especially Jesse. It's not every day you meet the man of your dreams at a cell phone store. I'd break my phone every month just to be able to have Jesse help me with my insurance claim. He's such a beautiful human 😍😍

My experience with the At & t hampton cove is really great. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I went to At & t University drive first and they were horrible. It seems like they don't know anything about wireless communication at all. The lady that helped said that I have to call the customer service. They don't know their job at all.

Great service from Micha and the team here, they have always been helpful everytime I travel from overseas.

However the store itself is quite small and hard to access in its current location.

The manager at this store provides superior customer service and support. This evening I went in upset about a screen protector and she went above and beyond to right the situation. I entered the store upset and left with a smile on my face. It is not often that I write a review, but the manager at this store knows how to take care of her customers.

I highly recommend this store for your cell phone service and supplies!
