Today, I worked with Mark at the Verizon store on Winchester Road in Huntsville, AL setting up phones and an account. He was so pleasant and helpful. I have never had a better experience. My “stuff” was not easy and he handled it all so patiently and perfectly. Should you have the opportunity to work with Mark, you will not be disappointed!!!

Best experience yet from Verizon. My wife and I went in to update both our phones. Gregory Chubb took us through the process without a single hitch and fully explained all the associated charges and changes to our monthly bill. The data transfer took a while as expected but Gregory had all the paperwork wrapped up within 5 minutes of the transfer completing. He was an especially polite and well informed Verizon employee, thank you!

We had a great experience at Winchester road Verizon store! Tom helped us switch over our phones quickly and easily. He helped us get the best deals that also met our needs. I highly recommend this store!

The best experience was with Kary. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly and on his day off to do it. I'm so excited. That the new Verizon store is here. We went into the store today to replace a lost phone. We were pleased to find out that there was a promo going on that we could uses for the replacement. We are happy with our purchase of a new phone and accessoriee. As always, the store was clean and well stocked. The employees in the store are always nice, helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. Great employees with awesome customer service!

Aumr is awesome. He is the most helpful and patient guy. We went in to the store for help with an Asurion claim because the insurance company was difficult to deal with. Aumr was able to process our claim in minutes what took us days with no luck. He also helped us in our purchase of a new phone.

Aumr did a fantastic job with all aspects of the transactions. He was patient and super courteous. He made sure he answered all my questions. I would come back for future business with him. Outstanding customer service. Pleasant experience.

Eric was absolutely amazing!!! I haven’t had internet service for a couple weeks due to flooding. He took so much time to make sure I got everything I needed so I can be connected to the world again! Words can’t express how grateful I am for all his efforts.

I went in to speak with a representative about getting phone service and a Hotspot for internet. The representative was phenomenal and answered all of my questions and helped me understand every aspect about switching to Verizon. Brooklyn at this location is who you want to speak with. She is the best from any cell company

We left Verizon 18 months ago for a “cheaper” bill and went to Sprint for a 1% difference. Sprint service was terrible. Finally out of the contract so went back to Verizon. Visited the Winchester Road in Huntsville location. Excellent customer service and we love having service everywhere now without the dropped calls. Never leaving Verizon again!

Went in today to deal with a problem with charging my phone, but the salesman informed me of such an excellent promotion they are having at the moment that I walked out with an amazing brand new phone and lovely extras! Very honest and straightforward, no sleazy sales techniques. Great store and excellent staff!

The staff greeted me when I walked in. Tom got right to me helping me with my phone. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The facility is clean and laid out nicely so you can see everything. I highly recommend going here.

I left T-Mobile because the service was horrible. Then I decided to go to Verizon and they were amazing. They were extremely helpful. There were three men here today on July18, 2019 at 5ish. I will return. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Dwayne Flax was awesome. He helped us and was so kind and explained everything. Very patient as well while my son and I tried to figure out what phone was best for him.

We went back to Verizon. Great value and great customer service. Be sure to ask for Emma, she is super nice and great at her job! Everyone here at Winchester Road Verizon is super!
