Here is your (most likely 100th) shoutout to Ryan! I will drive out of my way to come to this store. I used to go to Hampton Cove but they have absolutely nothing on this location. As a college aged female, I am normally met with judgement or I’m treated like I’m dumb when it comes to going to places related to vehicles. This place is NOT like that. I have always felt comfortable and respected. I will always highly recommend this place unless something changes.

Chris and Greg was outstanding with customer service. I was stranded in an ice storm and Chris gave me a ride to my car so I didn’t have to walk in °0 weather. Thanks guys!!

My daughter’s car needed to add some oil before we can get to oil change, Ryan there was very helpful except paying we didn’t even have to lift a finger. Amazing customer service!!

I bought a new car battery today at the Gurley, Al location and Ryan Cass pulled out the old one and installed the new one. He was a trooper because my battery posts had an extreme amount of battery acid powder all over them! He was gracious enough to give me some pointers on what to do to prevent this happening in the future. He was so well mannered and had the patience of Jobe through the whole process! He deserves 10 STARS!

I just want to thank Ryan so so much for his amazing customer service this evening. I came in thinking I needed a fix a flat because my tire was leaking air fast. He came out to look at my tire and noticed that is was actually my valve stem that was leaking air. I had just came from getting my oil changed and they topped off the air in my tires and he was a little too rough apparently an caused the air to constantly leak from my tire. He gave me a valve stem cover because mine was missing and then added the necessary air back to my tire using his own personal tire inflator. I then followed him back inside and purchased one for myself.

Ryan was amazing and I need Autozone to know what an awesome team member they have. He was so patient, and so kind. He walked me through that horribly anxiety filled moment with me with a calming, knowledgeable precision that will for sure keep me coming back knowing that I have an auto business I can’t honestly trust.

Staff were fantastic. Helped me find a replacement battery and changed it for me which was much appreciated! Thank you gentlemen!

We stopped in for a new trailer hitch and different ball size Ryan was so helpful. He went above and beyond to get us what we needed and quickly installed it for us!

The Gurley Autozone keeps quite a good selection of car parts and rental tools in stock. They are usually quick in their service and fairly knowledgeable for a parts store. Never had any major issues with them and they do a good job of honoring life time warranty’s on parts that don’t last, so they are alright in my book.

The battery flat out died after I pulled into Autozone. Ryan ran a diagnostic to make sure that was all it was. It was literally 100 degrees and he changed the battery for me and make sure it was all good before I left. I couldn’t thank him enough!

I had an embarrassing moment at a clients home. My battery went dead and they had to jump me off. I left there home and went straight to Auto Zone in Gurley. I was frustrated because my daughter had a softball game that I just knew I was going to miss. I arrived at the branch and Ryan came out and diagnosed and confirmed the battery issue. Honestly I was in between just buying a set of jumper cables and dealing with the issue the next day or getting a battery. Ryan said he could have the battery installed in about 30 minutes. I asked what the rate was for that service and he said “no charge.” I was impressed and approved the install. Ryan went above and beyond in a professional manner. I was impressed with his professionalism and his sense of urgency knowing my situation. I would highly recommend this branch. Also I was able to make my daughters game! Thanks Ryan!

Tom M was great. We stopped because the AC stopped working. He came out to help refill the coolant and noticed that it was a broken belt. He got us the part we needed and made sure we were good before sending us on our way. Tom was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped to simply fill up my washer fluid and though I’m perfectly capable of doing it myself, Ryan (employee up front) showed me three kinds, described them, I made my choice and knowing I said it was empty he insisted on filling it for me! Such a nice, helpful and attentive employee! Further I knew front pads were needed so he said how about we at least look at prices and choices which made sense! Learning the higher grade I wanted, only 1 in stock I went ahead and purchased them! Again helpful and above and beyond with customer satisfaction!

Absolutely the best Autozone store I have encountered. Sales associate Greg Beason exceeded my expectations and I left the store with everything I went for! Great store great service. Highly reccomend for all your auto needs.

Came in for an issue with my son's car battery and they diagnosed the problem, found the right part to fix it, replaced it, tested the system to make sure it's within spec, and then sent us on our way. Great job, great team.
