Nice store. Right on parkway easy to stop by. Good products. Don't go too often there but it's interesting to see all the different kind of products they have there.

Don't know what it does to help if you have a big lot card people are friendly well I finally got my coupons today on my rewards card and guess what I had to still spend right at about $30 and I have to save my coupon just so the last one goes in and then I'll have to figure out how to get to get my rewards for that too

Had a great experience here! I had wanted to buy some cube organizers and called ahead to see if they were in stock. Person answering the phone and the gentleman in furniture were very helpful in verifying Their current stock. When I arrived they were very helpful in showing me where they were located and asking if I need help loading them into my cart. At the front the cashier was very personable and we got to talk about our families and the fact that we had both lived in a similar area out of state. Amazing visit for me

I stopped at Big Lots on 12/11 because I saw TV commercials wherein gift sets were advertised as “Buy One Get One Free”. They offered wonderful sets, to include Meat and Cheese Sets, for which I was looking! And what a great deal! And, on my receipt, I found a coupon for $10 off my next purchase and the coupon is good until Christmas Eve. And, the employees are professional and friendly! I will be back!

I just want to thank the manager James! He was very polite and helped me with my progressive leasing application and got me the furniture set that I wanted! He was very patient with me and my 4 carts full of items even when they had to be took off he still had patience with me. Thank you James!

Found and took advantage of several really good deals on Christmas items and seasonal treats. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. We always enjoy our visits.

I love Big Lots! They always have such a great variety @ good prices; my favorite spot is the the reduced items rack. The employees are always friendly and helpful, they make you feel valued as a customer.

Always been a good place to find fair deals. Some inventory is in a constant change, just have to keep an eye out for a lot of items. But, they also keep food items, and drinks stocked up all the time. Every time I'm in there the staff is always helpful, and friendly.

We purchased mattress during last labor day sale (2019) and it already had springs coming threw. We was able to bring that broke down mattress back. We didn't like that one so we was able to upgrade with little extra money plus what that mattress cost. I am really proud they stood behind there 10 years warranty bc I couldn't sleep on that mattress we had much longer. Thank you so much Big Lots. Kudos to Quinton Smith he's awesome store manager. I bought two twin boxsprings through online pickup and when I went to get them from curbside pickup the employees were very kind even though it was pouring down rain at the time. Unfortunately, I had to return them right away due to the fact I didn’t realize I needed two twin XL instead and they wouldn’t fit in the suv we had. I felt so bad and apologized and they were very nice about it! Thank you for your kind service!

Drove all the way from Pulaski Tn to get a certain piece of furniture. They didn’t have it but were all very nice and courteous to help me and check for it. They called another Big Lots nearby and they had it. These workers were on the ball. I appreciate how nice they were and how they didn’t fumble around and keep me waiting. It was about 6:00 at night on February the 8th on a Saturday night and I don’t know their names but there was three workers and they were all wonderful. Thank you all so much. Much better service than in Lawrenceburg Tennessee Big Lots Store. Workers stood around not helping and when they did try to help they knew nothing and were not very helpful and kept running of and helping other people for a minute and then left them too. It was a horrible experience in the Lawrenceburg Tennessee Big Lots Store Hope I never need anything from there again.

Got there at opening...noticed right away it smelled clean...looked organized...the restrooms were clean and I could see into the backroom and it was neat and clean. I told the first associate I met. .3 mins in...that the store was so clean and smelled good. She thanked me. Then I shopped.

The place look great and the lady that checked me out was very helpful and friendly, the real friendly not the fakey stuff.
