Popped in two days ago to get some small items and a sound bar for our tv. My cashier was Indyia and what a sweetheart she is! So friendly and professional. She’s an asset to Sam’s Club!

I just tried to return some items at the Holmes store location. I had my receipt. They said they do not take returns for any items that are over 90 days old. But, I was able to call customer service and they were able to help me.

4/15 - Things are definitely getting better. We shop here weekly, and each time we're noticing more product on the shelves.

Glad to see Sam's Club trying to get back no normal with samples and everything, but it's obvious even they got hit by the supply shortages.

Sam's is not only a good place to shop but a great place to eat too. With a hot dog and drink costing $1.38. A full pizza costing $8.98. You simply can't beat the prices.

I had an emergency with my tire and I rushed over here because the store in my home town put the tires on originally. It was a few minutes to closing and Nick (I hope that's his name,I couldn't read his name tag) was so sweet. He helped me out and fixed my tire so I could get home safely today. I'm forever grateful to this man. I know he had to stay beyond his hours. He definitely saved me.

Never go there hungry because if you do.... Your gonna fill the buggy full! They have such great stuff to choose from!

Oh boy let me tell you about the experience I had at the sams club in Huntsville Alabama. I have been going to this location for over two years and this is the best experience I had. I was able to interact with Kathy at self check store 4776. Kathy is the best this that happen to that lactation. She represent the location very good. She turn transaction into interaction . She ensure you are having a great experience. Words can’t express how impress I am with her lever of service and professionalism. That need more of Kathy working the store.

We love Sam’s club. Perfect for stocking up on our everyday items. The pizza is my favorite part too.

Super fast when you use scan and go to get what you need and your in and out in no time and the gas is just as easy you can scan and go there also

They keep well stocked, and the weekends are insane for samples, I've never seen a sams have so many of them. They never keep enough pizza up front, though, so the wait time for a cheap slice is sometimes 20 minutes.
I've also gotten tires here and didn't have an issue they were very fair with pricing.

Great deals on folding tables, chips and brownies. I definitely need to shop here more often.

Member service lady was so friendly and helpful getting me a new card. She also helped me install the Sam's app and showed me how to use the scan & go. Gave me a $10 credit for using it. So easy and skipped the long lines!

I went to SAM'S Club for the large can of peaches. They are really good.

I love this Sam’s club they always have what I need stocked. I love that they have my premier protein shakes that I mix with my coffee. Their prices are always fantastic and they have rotating deals all the time! The staff is so friendly and it’s always a quick and efficient check out which is amazing. Recently I ordered online for a drive in pickup and the process was so easy and fast. I 100% recommend it if you have a dog/kids and don’t want to leave the car. Tracy came out within a few minutes of me checking in and was SO great, she is super friendly and the entire process was excellent from start to finish! Highly recommend shopping here and using the drive up service!

I love the new app from Sam that lets you scan your groceries and other items. Also, I love it for scanning the gas pump makes it so much easier and quicker.

Great experience as always! Went to Costco first as there are a few items things you can't get at Sam's (alcohol, Brazilian bites, and Joint Juice), gathered a few things and went to check out to find lines backed up halfway down the isles. Put our things back and left for Sam's that was just as crowded in the parking lot - put the things in our cart, scanned and paid with phone and walked out hassle free!! Will just have to find alternatives to the things they don't have, but Sam's understands the customer experience!

I love this Sam's. Almost always has everything I'm looking for. The floor plan and layout makes sense and they don't move items too much.
The workers are unfortunately not friendly or helpful. The receipt checkers need to learn what to say and not say. What I purchase in bulk is my business and not theirs.

Quick in and out shelves were well stocked and Weds. I a great day to go, not crowded at all. Very busy most visits but scan n go is the perfect tool to skip the lines and make a quick checkout. Cheapest gas in town!

It was only a quick trip for a few things. It was friday, and busy . We got in and out really fast. Checkout girl had a little attitude, but it was smooth and fast.
