I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and I have yet to be disappointed. I went in recently and was amazed by the customer service I received. Sarek and his team answered my questions with attentiveness and provided the most outstanding service. He undoubtedly went above and beyond my needs to ensure I was satisfied and informed. I will definitely be returning again. Thanks Sarek and T-Mobile!

I have to change my review. They told us we'd have Netflix for life but when I called them about it they said I'd have to pay for it. But I wasn't talking to the same ppl that I worked with before.

Real helpful people here. Really knowledgeable and caring. Helped me. With an issue on my phone got the replacement the next day helped me switch the new one all up

I can not tell you how helpful management at this store has been.
I highly highly recommend this T-Mobile Store in Wharton, TX.
They went out of their way to help me with issues they had nothing to do with.

Everyone was very friendly, very helpful and smiled. I was in & out in no time! Thanks everyone!!! I only went in for information on wifi....and ended up leaving with my new wifi & 3 new phone lines!!! Luz is the BEST!!!!!

Manager facundo and representative Tristian where amazing, helped us through buying new phones and updating our watches. Hooked us up!

Lindsey was super helpful helping me and my husband come over from metro! Managers where very involved in helping us set it all up
