Helpful folks at this location! Not my usual UPS Store experience. Thumbs up!

Hatim was a great employee, he was very calm and collected. Also helped us deliver a load of clothes to our new house since we were leaving town.

The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable about their work. The place is kept clean and organized.

It's a quick trip, the employees do what they need to do and are not slow about it, easy to do since I just have to drop off my package and that's it

It was very fast and easy process with a prepaid label and the store is conveniently located.

This UPS Store is a good location for me, never has a bad experience with the staff, always accommodating and friendly.

Just stopped in and Debbra got me all set up and out the door in less than 2 minutes. She and her coworkers were so sweet and even gave both of my girls a sheet of bubble wrap just for fun. Thanks so much ladies! :)

Ashley was amazingly patient in working with us on getting our phone shipped back for a return. She has a good understanding of the processes required and goes above and beyond.

I’ve had only good experiences with this store. Kyle helped me today. I was able to email a return label from Amazon as I don’t have a printer at home. Kyle showed me how to do this from Amazon’s page. Anybody that complains about this store is just looking to complain and probably hasn’t ever worked in customer service before. They work hard and always display the upmost professionalism. 10 stars out of 5…

Victoria did a great job handling the large volume of customers all alone and was courteous. UPS should hire more to help.

My grandmother actually referred this location because she stated she has always had an amazing experience. So I decided to use this location because I had a few packages to deliver. Everyone was very friendly but the girl that assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable and made the process very smooth and easy for me. I didn’t catch her name but she is the really pretty tall skinny light brown skin girl and she deserves a raise. Please give her kudos from me.Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service from this UPS store. I returned a large Amazon package. They opened the door for me as I came in. They taped the box closed for me and printed out the Amazon return label. They did not charge for the taping and printing. The whole process took about two minutes. I also found out they can fax documents for one dollar page which is pretty reasonable.

Friendly, efficient service. There was a long line but it went fairly quick and employees were still friendly to each patron. Rare find these days.

Victoria was the only person working on a busy Saturday, but Victoria was extremely patient, helpful, and efficient in tending to a long line of customers. Stellar employee!

We went to this location today. The young lady behind the counter was AMAZING. She was attentive to our needs and we were able to get everything we need shipped. She even helped us pack. Give this employee a raise right away!!!

I had to find a store capable of making 10 copies of 16 page color and black and white document for a class I was teaching at 10 on a Sat. am. I found this store open at 8 so I went in to see if they could help. I had the document saved to a thumb drive but no hard copy decent enough to re copy. The store manager worked hard, trying one machine and then another. Finally she was happy with the printing. I was happy that everything wasn't shades of pink (like my home printer gave me the previous evening!) The service, friendly demeanor and diligence were fantastic and such a treat! While we were getting the printing straightened out she helped other customers as they entered. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at this location!

Quick service, very patient, always helpful and smiling....staffing always scheduled correctly...rarely have to wait and if you do it's because customers are not prepared. Love this location.

This is a very good place to do amazon returns. They are very helpful and as quick as possible.
Toni in particular is a real hard worker and an excellent multitasker!
She will go out of her way to try and help you.
Never had a bad experience at this location.

This store was absolutely wonderful when we had to get our Marriage Certificate notarized. Warm, friendly, and attentive staff. They made things as easy as possible for us. Stark contrast to the University Drive location, which we will never be visiting, again. I have a review for that one, if you'd like to know why.
