These staff treated me like I was VIP! So friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have such amazing people working in Prattville ❤ Thank you Shoe Station for hiring George, Zola and Kel. They went out of their way to help me find the shoes I was looking for.

I like the atmosphere. The aisles and all the sections are spaced out appropriately. It is not crowded nor cluttered. The workers walk the floor often to see if you need assistance.

I was in there Wednesday and the staff was amazing! Not one person ignored me. I felt like aking in there. The place was clean and there were employees stocking and helping customer everywhere I looked, but one stood out big time. Liz was amazing! She helped my wife, who is very very hard to please when it comes to shoes. Liz listened to what my wife wanted and she delivered exactly what she was looking for. It totally impressed my wife so she bought 2 pair of Hey dudes! I don't care for hey dudes but Liz stepped up again and helped me get a pair of Georgia boots and some crocks. We were very happy with our experience at shoe station and we will return. Thanks to your staff for making suck a welcoming environment and special thanks to Liz cause now I don't have to do anymore shopping.

This is the best place to buy a shoes in Montgomery. I’ve got some from there, still be good. The staff are nice, helpful. Once I came to get refund, only took me 15 mins to receive money back. They also have discount for military personnel and senior citizen daily.

Great clearance room in the back of the Prattville location

I went with my wife so she could find some soes. I started looking in yhe clearing section and found the best solution leather upper and soule shoe for a 3rd of it original price 150 down to 50. I was looking for some athletic shoes for walking and found some in the clearance section for an awesome price.

Great selection of shoes and I am constantly receiving coupons and sale notifications. Customer service is amazing - I once had an employee spend like 20 minutes trying to find the missing match to a pair of sale boots. They were unable to locate it, but the fact that they took the time to try speaks volumes.

Love the sales they have going on! The staff is great at helping you find what you need AND finding coupons too! Basically the only place I buy shoes for me andy family. If there is ever an issue with size they make it easy to return and get you what you need.

First time here and the customer service representative made our experience outstanding. I wish I had retrieved the young gentleman's name, but we were very pleased.

Great customer service. We got a pair of defective shoes that were falling apart after three weeks and they were quick to exchange the shoes for a different pair. They also have a great military discount!

I was shopping around for some new athletic shoes for work when I stopped at Shoe Station. It was maybe the third store I visited and I am very pleased with my experience. They have a large selection of both men's and women's shoes. Their clearance section is divided by brand (Nike, New Balance, Reebok, etc) which makes it very easy to shop. I bought two pairs of shoes (Sketchers and New Balance) and the cashier scanned a coupon when I checked out. I got both pairs of shoes for around $70.😁

I really like this shoe store. This is where I go to get all my kids shoes. The prices were amazing. They were also out of a size for my youngest daughter and they shipped it to our house free of charge.

Huge selection. Friendly staff. Military discount. Besides great shoes, the have purses, socks, a huge selection of "Girlie Girl" type t-shirts. My go to for shoes. Can walk to Bath and Body Works, Cato, GNC, Sally's, and if you feel adventurous, Goodwill, Michael's, game stop, Big lots, and Wal-Mart.

I've been here not once but twice and I love this store. Very clean and comfy atmosphere.
Nice selection of shoes. And most of all: PERFECT PRICES. I will shop here agin.

Staff is very helpful and the clearance racks in the back of the store have some very nice hidden gems for great prices!!
