7-Eleven

I don't usually leave google reviews but I want to give a shout out to the staff at this 711 location. I stop in here all the time and will always choose it over other convenience stores nearby because the staff is really friendly. Even though it is always a short interaction they deliver a good customer service experience- an understandable rarity for convenience stores. Unfortunately I don't have their names but the daytime team is awesome!

Pumps worked fine and the gas is getting me where I need to go, but the cleaner to wipe off your windshield was bone dry, so I'm taking off a star.

Down hill! It use to be a nice store. Now they never have receipt paper at the gas pumps. Come on refill the paper.

Clerk EXTREMELY RUDE. Don't have any grill items available until 2:00 pm????? Takes FIVE HOURS TO CLEAN OVEN TO COOK WINGS???? Admit it. RUDE AND LAZY!!!

Really mismanaged location. I went in at around 9:30am on a Saturday morning, and the place was a mess and they had no coffee whatsoever. I'll be going to the Chevron across the street from now on.

Edit - after relaying the same concern as expressed above through the corporate 7-Eleven website as requested, I received an intimidating email to my personal email from someone purporting to be the actual owner telling me "I think it's best to not come back". I'm happy to oblige, since clearly the owner has no interest in serving the public or maintaining standards.

Their bathroom was absolutely disgusting and even after telling them it was bloody in there nobody cleaned it.

I was asked to add more by the "owner" so I'm going to.

I was stuck in the area for like 7 hours and went in kinda early to use the restroom. The picture is how I found it. I reported to the man behind the counter and said someone should clean it, he said someone would. Roughly 5 hours after that I needed to use the restroom again, so I went back expecting it to be clean but it was still the same. That's when I took the picture.
I don't bash companies for incidents, because stuff happens and they may not nlknow what's going on, but once aware of it there is no excuse any more.
I couldn't even bring myself to purchase anything while there because of the unsettling feeling inside me due to the restroom filth.

Absolutely hate the morning employees. Rude, smug and obviously don't want to be there. Never say hi, never say bye, never say thanks and NEVER look up at me from their phones or even tell me the price of my purchase. I've been shopping here every single dang day for over 8 years. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Now I only visit when something's on deal. Otherwise I go across the street to Chevron.
The afternoon/night employees on the other hand are super cool, friendly and seem super positive.
