I went to this Minute Clinic today to get a Covid-19 Moderna Booster. I am afraid of needles and need to lay down when receiving vaccines. First, I ran into Ashley Wood, the Care Concierge. She was awesome. Helped me check in, understood my specific needs and worked with Ebone Iyegbu the Nurse Practitioner, to make my experience painless and comfortable. I never felt Mrs. Iyegbu give me the shot. She was so sweet and kind. I was so grateful to these two ladies I wanted to share my experiences with others who may need care at a clinic. I would not hesitate to go back here for medical needs.

Pharmacist has been rude to my sister on the phone and isn't concerned about customer service in person. Four hours after a phone call, only part of the prescription was ready and there was no hurry to be helpful as we waited over 30 minutes in the store (no one else was waiting). When I finally tried to explain I had to get back to an elderly parent, her only comment was, There's a process. No apology, no compassion, just trying to excuse herself. Our process will be to find a new pharmacy. I've dealt with a lot of medical personnel and the majority are kind and helpful. The staff here seem very sweet, too bad it doesn't go higher up.

It's difficult to talk to these people. They don't listen to what i am wanting. Why can't they refill my prescriptions all together? They get renewed together by the Dr. All CVS will be shut down. Horrible service

Horrible experience, staff member was not caring or show any amount of courtesy. I felt like I was bothering her from the moment I pulled up in the drive up window.

Tired of you being out of my medication and not communicating the issue for fear I'll go to another pharmacy and get it. You're wasting my time and energy by not communicating that you're out of the medicine I need. I'm taking all my business elsewhere even if it isn't covered by my insurance.
