I think this was one of the best Walgreens I have ever been to although I really haven't had any problems with any of them the man with the beard at the window wasn't very kind and patient let me know how long I was going to be waiting even though it wasn't long and the pharmacist was very formative on everything and also very kind they have my medication ready within 30 minutes after being called in for urgent Care. I know it's hard to smile when you are busy but I'm telling me that both of these people were smiling and like I said very kind impatient even though there was a line they only did what they could one at a time treated everyone with dignityt while I was there waiting

Didn't make me wait in line for 20 mins to tell me they're out of my medications.

My wife and I moved to Crosby 12 years ago and went to this Walgreens. The manager of the pharmacy quickly remembered our names. She still says hello every time we go there. With no excuses, but this store is a training store for the other stores in east Harris county. So if you get good service in Baytown or Atascocita you can thank the folks at the Crosby store, they learned it there.

Cashier Lane has such a great attitude it makes your trip to Walgreens so much better

IM NOT SURE WHY SO MANY BAD REVIEWS BUT i HAVE BEEN USING THIS WALGREEN'S FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND ITS THE BEST PLACE IN CROSBY to get prescriptions and home needs. I have tried walmart and cvs and will not use them for meds ever again.

I love all the pharmist especially the lady. The workers could use some happy talks but service is great. Pharmist take time with you and care.

the staff is wonderful, i never have to go chase them down to check out and they are so friendly and keep a clean store!!! i went to cvs a few times but it always looks so trashy compaired to walgreens and def not as friendly!!!

Everytime I come to this store, the employee (both in retail and pharmacy) have been so kind and help. I really enjoy this store!!!!
