The customer service at the location outstanding. Chris, the general manager of this location is amazing and really went above and beyond to help me. He not only helped me find the part I needed but actually helped install it. I truly appreciate it and will definitely be back.

Thanks so much for Jeff at Advanced Auto Parts in Gray! He absolutely helped us in a dire situation. Our 18 year old daughter works in Jonesborough, TN and was stranded at work alone with a dead battery at 8:00 pm. We, her parents live three hours away and were unable to get help for her. But Jeff went above and beyond to help us and was truly an answer to our prayers. May God bless you for your kindness. This was a stressful and frightening event and you were such a blessing!!! I wish I could give him 10 stars instead of only 5.

The sales staff was very attentive to my son's needs. All the parts he wanted in stock, and I must say we got out of there spending much less than I thought we would. Also the timing was very good we were in and out in approximately 20 minutes. Thank you Advance Auto you've made my son very happy.

The older person at counter was not the best friendly or helpful. He referred me to manager and he was friendly/helpful and beyond advising me on my troubles with brake light. They can't change them but he stood there and advise how. He drives a very nice decked out Toyota truck fully loaded.thank you

Great parts store with friendly people. If they don’t have a part in stock, they will have it the following morning. Well stocked displays. They carry everything for your automotive needs with reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this business!!

Excellent customer service! I came in this morning with a dead battery and no clue what I was needing. Steve was wonderful at getting what I needed and changing out my battery quickly!

I don’t normally do reviews on anything.....especially corporations. However, Steve at the store in Gray, Tennessee was THE example of community and customer service. My husband and I were having small issues with our windshield wipers. He came out to check on us, and went above and beyond to try and help us. I felt like he was just a friend helping us out. He was helpful when he didn’t have to be. THATS customer service.

Josh, ed, and Ron are my go to guys and no one does there job better. I will continue to use there services for as long as they are there.
