AT&T Store

Today, upon visiting the AT&T store, I was greeted by a team of courteous and accommodating staff members who efficiently attended to my needs. Their professionalism and willingness to assist instilled a sense of ease throughout my visit. I went to go buy a new phone. They took 2 hours just trying to get my phone transferred. They didn't know what they had in stock. When I ask for deals that we're out of everything but none of them never went back to checking in the back. The manager there has a very bad attitude towards people. When I was there, he left the store for an hour.

The two employees were not friendly or serviceable at all. Very disappointed in this location. One even locked our iphone without our consent. Currently waiting on the store to open to call & see what the passcode is set to. I doubt they'll be any help over the phone regardless. I'll probably have to go after work to get the passcode from them. I will never go here again to shop or anything.

When going to location I had called to make sure they had the phone available, but when getting their I was told I would not be helped due to time of me getting their at 7:06pm and was told sorry I don’t know what to tell you can try the other store on reading road

My mother came in for help with her new iPhone. 59 year oldish man said that they don’t know anything about the new iPhones, and gave her a phone number to call.
