The manager and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Half the bad reviews here are just salty about game prices and the rest are mad about mask mandates from the corporation in 2020. Lol. The people that work here are great and they keep this place running for our convenience. The store is always clean and well kept and the selection is as robust as it's gonna get. If you don't like dealing with people order online.

The management and the workers are really chilled and down to earth. Besides pushing the forced deals down your throat they are quite knowledgeable and helpful to the many questions that could be asked. The store is kept nice and clean and well stocked.

My son is always been a gamer from day one when he was in the Middle School he's bought countless games on my account his account and I would use academics to earn him the opportunity to purchase these games GameStop will always hold a valuable part my heart because I am a father who used to stand in line at 2 in the morning when he was giving us donuts and Redbull and coffee and it just blew me away about the customer service on the inside how they would strike deals with my son Etc

The staff were very friendly and patient with me. I admit that I am stuck in the 90's, so I was completely floored to discover that they dont make the Wii anymore. They answered all my novice questions, and didnt make me feel small for asking. If I ever venture into the gaming world, I will definitely return to the branch off of MLK and Madison.

Don't usually shop here only for Gift Cards for the Gran Son. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went in for a simple power chord came out with that and 2 games. 2 used ones for 20 and even applied a birthday discount. 8 dollar cord cost me 2.18 after all

It is the best place to get any an everything gaming related, the staff seems to know just about everything for games an console yes they do ask you to pre order things but thats just part of their business model so it doesn't bother me, I have never felt presurred into anything

Good selection of games but a better selection of action figures for collectors.

The staff there definately know what they're doing, and the deals are awesome. If you want any older games, you can most likely find them online.
