Excellent customer service !!! I called ahead and spoke with Audrey regarding what they had for a interview I had that day .I had left my dress by mistake in Texas . Audrey explained in detail some dresses and slacks that might work . When I arrived Audrey and Esther helped me by gathering what would work .I found a wonderful black dress !!! I love that these ladies went above and beyond . Thank you so much !!! I will be back .😁

This store is smaller than the one in Oklahoma City, but I still like it. Sometimes, when I visit, the workers are too busy chatting with each other than helping the customers.

It was nice for a first time going in. I couldn't fit anything in there personally, but it was nice and the people that were there were nice as well.

I don't always like the quality of options at Loft. I stopped for pants. Joni was so helpful. Sizing is weird too. I got one pair of size 10 and one pair of size 12P (I am 5'7").
