Urban Outfitters

I was well pleased with the customer service practices of UO today when I had to make a return. I had made a purchase early in the summer for Dorm decor and well when the dreaded day came that I moved my youngest 4 hours away into her dorm we realized that we had purchased a few more things than the room would hold. UO gladly let us return the item and they were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Thank you Urban Outfitters!

Great little chic store. Cool atompshere and laid back environment. The store gives you a urban feels and it has nice little odds and ends.. The dressing rooms are pretty cool and the waiting area with the couch is super cute. It's a little pricey but it's nice products.

Great selection of trendy clothing and home decor. I really love Urban outfitters but find myself not really buying anything when I'm there. They have a large clearance section as well but its mostly small sizes.

Definitely a change of heart. I was greeted when I walked in, asked if I needed help. store was very well setup and clean

Hey I bought some boots here once and everyone called them cowboy boots even though they were Chelseas but I don't care because they're good. Wu-Tang for life.

Always super tidy, friendly service, however super high price marks. All of last season stuff is conveniently placed in the back of the lowest level.
