I came to Walgreens to make a copy of a photo I have. Kim in photos was wonderful!! She has excellent customer service skills and took her time with me since I’m still new or old school when it comes to technology. I hope she gets recognized for her wonderful customer service!! She went above and beyond and answered all my questions. Thank you Kim you made my day pleasant 😊😁

Walgreens is a great place if you don't have a ton of money to spend on makeup. They people there will talk with you and help you find the right product for you, not just the most expensive one like the other places do.

They don't act like your there to rob the place cause your not wearing Prada and have a loui vitton bag. WHICH I LOVE!

When I ask for help at the other store they always take me to either the cheap side cause they don't think I can afford the good stuff or to the most expensive thing in the store that has nothing to do with what I want. And then doesn't work for nothing, so a total waste of money.

Every time I have gone to Walgreens the lady has been super nice, a great listener and respectful. Then she would go and get me options in different price ranges. I love that.

My family & I came to Omaha to go grocery shopping @ Aldi.We live in Iowa but we make the long trip monthly.I came to this Walgreens to receive money using Western Union.As soon as I walked in, an employee was there to greet me(despite her being busy unpacking crates I think)She had a face mask on with colorful lips on it and a lovely accent that made me smile behind my face mask.Even though she was busy, she came over to help me.She also found me another employee named Heidi to assist me when she was busy at checkout.Both Heidi and the young lady who greeted me were helpful and polite.Ive never been to this location but I will go shop there whenever I’m in Omaha from now on.I really appreciate their help in figuring out how to pick up the money from my sister.It was very important to me and my family.Thank you for your great customer service ladies!!!Be safe.

Cashier is extremely helpful and kind. One of the cleanest and most organized Walgreens in Lincoln.

Riley was a big help with passport photos. I needed a new photo in a pinch for an upcoming professional exam and the price was very reasonable!

Workers are chill and kind people, good place for the necessities. They’re open Christmas Day and I’m v grateful to the hard workers there on the holidays

Clean store and clean restrooms. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Found what was needed at a reasonable price.

The people are so helpful. And a big plus is if you buy makeup and it is the wrong color you can return it.

People need to remember to look in a mirror and assess how much of the experience starts in the mirror and how much is across the counter trying to help 15 other people who failed the mirror test.
