Came in for our reusable straws today! Everyone was so friendly and we love our straws! Great trip

The Cheers effect. Service is central to the customer experience at this location. The staff make you feel like a regular when you enter the doors.

It's a Starbucks, so the menu and atmosphere are pretty standard. What's NOT standard is the service. These are the NICEST PEOPLE EVER. I was having a rough day and needed Internet access. I went in, ordered a coffee and set up my meeting. Well, I didn't grab my drink when it was ready. When I finally got up to get it, one of the baristas was taking it to the back to dispose. I got to the counter and told her I thought it was my drink she removed but it was ok because I'd left it too long (it was like 15 min). She was super understanding and REMADE it! It was really my fault, so I didn't expect that. Then, it gets better. She BROUGHT IT OUT TO ME! I was still in my meeting, and she found me and gave me the drink directly! I was so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness. So if you're in the area, go by this Starbucks. Side note, there's a drive through and they were really keeping that line moving. Great team overall.

Absolutely love my local Starbucks, they are clean, fast, and make me feel welcome and well cared for. I often need to work for hours at a time and sitting in the coffee shop atmosphere here really helps my productivity!

Always love coming here to see my favorite people. Even when they're really getting slammed they're really patient with you. Very friendly employees Everytime I go and the environment is always pleasant. The only thing that disturbs the peace are some of the entitled customers that unfortunately pester these poor people. I would much rather go out of my way to get coffee from this specific Starbucks than fo anywhere else.

The staff they have there right now is phenomenal! I had two very great conversations with two friendly employees today! Totally makes your day when service people are nice to you.

This Starbucks is consistently the most accurate, efficient, and pleasant location I’ve ever visited - lucky that it’s my “home” Starbucks ☺ Today I was so grateful to Saige and team for so graciously re-making my drink when I ordered incorrectly and forgot to specify iced. She couldn’t send me on my way with a hot latte on this blistering August day. This isn’t the only exceptional customer experience I’ve had, there have been multiple others. Love this team! 🤍✨

This Starbucks is fantastic!! Service is fast and my drinks never disappoint. The employees are upbeat, welcoming, and friendly…. in particular, Brennan, Ruthie, Shannon, Sion, Corinna, and Andrew are absolutely wonderful and always make me feel like a VIP when I walk in. I love this store!!

This place has wonderful service. John O was so great in the drive thru this morning. We had a great little conversation as I waited for my egg bites. Usually someone just closes the window door and waits for the the food but he took the time to ask me about my day. Kudos to him for making my morning that much brighter.

Starbucks is always amazing this location is one that we visit often. It's in a great location.

Everyone working there are kind, efficient and do their best to make sure you're having a good experience. Very enjoyable atmosphere too I love the vibe and aesthetic, lots of seating. The staff make the effort to get to know their customers. I hope they know they're appreciated and it is a joy going there

Even with a long drive-thru line, they get the orders out quickly so it’s not a long wait.

My first and only Starbucks I go to. Service is always friendly and super-fast. They have a great staff with featuring super-happy people. It’s a great way to start your days.

Starbucks has a ton of coffee blends that traverse the light to dark spectrum and origins that pretty much cover the span of the earth's coffee belt. There may appear to be fancier little shops who's baristas have 1800s mustaches and act more pretentiously - but they won't be able to offer you the same quality when it comes to their coffee. They also wouldn't even have lattes if it weren't for Starbucks introducing them to the United States in 1970 something. I think it was 1972. So there!

A very Frequent stop for us in Wake Forest. We have done a mixture of mobile app ordering and in person ordering and every time they have got our orders right. I will say that the drive thru gets busy, but that is Starbucks for you.

Be careful in this parking lot! It is tricky and a lot of people drive choatically in it. I would recommend turning right out of the parking lot as the left turn to go to 98 can be really tricky and unless you really need to get on Capital or 98 immediately, turning right really won't delay your journey much!

The batista suggested a new drink based on a description of what I like. The drink was delicious! Best experience yet at Starbucks!!!

Went to this Starbucks for the first time with my roommate this morning. LAUREN HAS THE MOST MAGICAL AURA. her attitude, her energy was infectious ❤ We need baristas like her! continue flourishing sunshine ☀
