Starbucks

I made a mistake and placed a mobile order at the wrong restaurant and they made it without even looking at my mobile order. I'm black and were typically looked at with suspicion, so this was a very nice thing of them to do.

I have frequented several different Starbucks in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. I have found this one to be the most consistent when it comes to the quality of drinks. Pretty much every Starbucks you go to the employees are very nice, however they don't always do the best job on consistently making drinks taste the same. This location is my go to when I am working in the Wake Forest area. I have literally driven past other Starbucks to go to this one. Not all chains are always the same at different locations. Whoever is managing this one is doing a great job at training their employees. Right now my favorite drink is the iced shaken espresso with brown sugar syrup. I like a strong coffee flavor and drinks that the sweetness is overpowering. Shaken espresso is 🔥

Kylie is the greatest. Always can count on her to make the best coffee to start my day. Staff is very friendly at this location and they are never out of any product

I have purchased my coffee from this location and I am confident you'll receive great service too. My son and I ate next door at Moe's and loved it. I shared with the burrito creator my son has secific food allergies, the gentleman immediately removed his gloves to exchange and made sure others did so. We received excellent service at this Moe's and will return when feasible. I recommend both businesses fully.

We order complicated stuff from them and they are always patient with us.

The staff is INCREDIBLE. Every time I’ve gone there (which is weekly) they are so pleasant, strike up conversation and are genuine people. Typically you get someone on a drive thru intercom who sounds like they hate their life... but not here! They are always so happy and fun. Truly the best customer service I’ve ever received!! They deserve to be recognized! 🙌🏼

A lot of the comments I read below are coming from straight up a*******. I've been a regular here for about 10 years and come into this shop on a every other day basis. They never get my drink, or other folks I know drinks wrong. There was one situation where they got a customer's drink wrong, and the customer chucked the drink at the employees. They then gave her a free correct drink and a reimbursement. It goes to show, if they make a mistake, they will correct it for free. Anybody who hasn't made a mistake at their workplace, come forward. These folks enjoy talking with one another and it keeps the interior of the Starbucks lively and enjoyable to see so many smiling faces. Having fun while working hard is the basis for many great businesses...and this Starbucks is no different. They work hard, they do well, and I thank them for their nice atmosphere. I'm just sorry for the dick customer's they get who are completely disrespectful and ugly to these guys working here.

The staff at the Starbucks was very friendly. they remembered my name as I walked out the door they said see you later and used my name I felt appreciated and valued. there was also a staff member who walked around making sure everyone inside was taken care of with refills and water what a cozy little place filled with warmth.

I’ve just recently moved down here from NY with my boyfriend. This Starbucks location is just around the corner from our home so it’s super convenient. Not only is it super convenient but the consistent quality of their products and exceptional customer service is even better! I’ve never had an issue. Today I went through the drive thru and order a coffee and it wasn’t until I was pulling up to the window I completely forgot I left my card in my other purse back at home. (Girl problems 😅) I pulled up to the window and apologized that I’d need to cancel my order because I wasn’t able to pay for it. I was getting ready to pull away and that’s when Nathan (I believe..bad with names) had said it’s okay! It’s on me today! Now I know it’s just a coffee but he didn’t have to do that. The fact that he did was super generous! I couldn’t help but come on here and give a shoutout and some recognition to this location and especially Nathan for being so awesome! Thank you again!!

These one star ratings are a joke and over dramatized. Trash talking good people who work hard all day because you had to wait a whole five minutes(but actually over state and say it was twenty)? Petty. The people that work there are amazing and are extremely nice. They ask how my day is going, talk to me and are so friendly. Next time when you wait for your drink passive agressively with your arms crossed, note how they're running around multi tasking, and trying their hardest.

Staff was very nice and welcome you on your way in, felt comfortable even though I usually don’t in others, great customer service.

I've never been much of a Starbucks person despite my age. I personally don't drink coffee or care for any caffeinated beverages. I do, however, like a good cup of hot cacao every now and then. Most Starbucks that I have been to will give me a cup of water with some chocolate dust on top, to give me the illusion of a nice hot drink. This one didn't. The cacao was very rich and well mixed. It paired well with the chocolate chip cookies my girlfriend and I shared. We ended up getting a little overwhelmed by all the sugar and the barista (that's what they're called, right?) was more than happy to give us a water cup (full size, with ice and everything!). Sadly, we had to leave pretty quick, due to the store closing, but we had already eaten our cookies, so it was all good. Never been here despite living around here a while. Wouldn't mind going again, now that it's on my radar.

Honestly, anyone that hands me caffeine when I need it automatically gets 4 stars, but the staff here seems to always know what to say to make my day better. I'm always a drive-thru gal with a car full of kids, and everyone at this location is always so friendly. Today I was having an especially frustrating morning with the kids, and the man in the drive-thru window said to me "Make it a great day!" instead of the typical "Have a great day!" It seems so minor, but it was exactly what I needed to hear. Besides giving me the caffeine to make it through the day, he also gave me the motivation to do more than just "make it through". Love this location and the people that work here!

Yesterday, I stopped by to order a drink that I never ordered before. Basically, what I neeeded was a strong DECAF iced coffee only filled halfway to pour in a protein shake. I know, a bit atrange. Anyhow, I relunctantly went to Starbucks drive-thru, only because I've always felt like fast food drive-thru workers seem impatient and rush me along with my order.

Anyway, when I arrived and attempted to explain what I wanted, but it was then that that the employee asled if she could suggest something different - a triple shot decaf american in a venti cup w/ ice. She said, its on the house cause I want to see if this might be your new signature drink. And my goodness, can I say, it was PERFECT! Thank you Starbucks for my free drink and a very special THANK YOU to Christina for suggesting the perfect mixer for my morning protein coffee! Starbucks absolutely lives up to all the hype!

This starbucks stands out from the others because of its great customer service. I never have to wait long in line and my dog is always offered puppuccinos. I regularrly ask what is best on the menu and they always have great recommendations and truthfull opinions, which I appreciate! Right now Marinda (the name might be off) makes a cloud macchiato that I highly recommend!

Love the Green Iced tea, a Starbucks employee in NY taught me how to spend less money. I ALWAYS ordered a Trenta with tons of ice, but the employee told me I was getting a venti and I should order a venti green iced tea in a trenta cup with lots of ice. This saves me pennies every visit, but adds up over time. Love Starbucks!!
