My experience was great! I came in and didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes.

I told the employee the two things I was looking for. He found one based on my year/make/model of my car and the other he had to look up in store inventory. He went and got both, rang me up, and I was on my way.

I dread these errands because I really have low knowledge in this area, but they made it painless today.

Had a hard time finding a specific part. Joe helped me locate exactly what my car needed. Due to a computer issue, Jason and Jose were able to assist; making sure the transaction was correct. Customer service isn't dead folks, faith in humanity restored!

Fantastic experience this morning at this AutoZone location. I was greeted the moment I walked in and when asked what I was looking for, Jason explained all the sale items and how to bundle for the best deal. He asked about my vehicle, looked up all the items I needed then proceeded to pick them all up from the floor. Extraordinary service which will bring me back and encourages me to share this positive experience with others. Jason I learned is the manager. He was demonstrating for his team the example of how customer service is done right.

I went in for a battery light issue late at night, the manager Reilly dropped what he was doing to help me. He went out and checked my battery, starter and alternator. Found my alternator tested bad, explained how the system worked and sold me a new alternator and belt. He was very knowledgeable on cars and very friendly. I recommend all my friends and family to use this autozone from now on. It’s truly a shame he’s part time because it’s hard to find good help at a parts house nowadays.

I went to auto zone on 4042 to see what was wrong with my car and I was Greeted by the assistant manager Orlando he was very helpful in helping me find out why my car keep over heating. He was a very nice and Polite man.

Been to a lot of auto parts stores, but this one has great service and follow thru with reasonable pricing.
I had no idea they give a veteran discount, but unlike other businesses, they have a huge sign saying so, right inside the door!

I stopped by AutoZone Monday night with a tire light on. I told Ms. Stacey about my tire light, and she offered to come look at my tire. She found a small nail in the tire and she offered to put enough air in my tire so that I could make it home (so that I can get my husband to patch it). Before I left, she told me about the tire patch kits that AutoZone sells in case we needed one for my tire. Thank you Ms. Stacey for going above and beyond so that I could make it home that night!

Joe was a great help in finding the parts I needed. I needed a rear wiper blade arm and they even had that in stock!

This location is one of the nicest AutoZone Auto Parts stores in the area. The staff is always helpful and polite. Shelves are well stocked and kept neat.

I came with a dead battery for my Honda civic and was greater with spectator customer service by Orlando. He took care of the battery with overwhelming professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend coming here for your auto needs as I will be doing so in the future.
