BigShots Indoor Range & Gun Store

Had a great time here and met some great people. The staff was beyond helpful. The range is bright and clean and safe. I needed a holster for a handgun with optics and ended up with two. One was custom made on the spot. Highly recommend.

Had an awesome experience here with a full-auto rental. The staff were excellent and knowledgeable. The safety briefing was well made and to the point. They took awesome care of us. The shop is super cool and they have a HUGE variety of firearms and accessories. The range was SPOTLESS they definitely look after it! I rented a suppressed 9mm also and it was a ton of fun to huck lead with!

We had the opportunity to look through the available selection with the assistance of Joe. Joe provided excellent service and information and he was very knowledgeable about the inventory. My dad and I had an excellent experience and will be returning.

Bought a firearm there this last weekend. The staff were so nice and abundantly patient with me. When I last minute almost went with another gun and they let me just sit down and think it over. No pressure at all They wanted me to leave with the gun I really wanted. I went with my originally choice after much deliberation and love it. Glad I gave my business to them. They went above and beyond customer service. I will give them more of my business in the future.

I found out about Bigshots a little over a year ago. Since then I've been going there once a week. The owners, military veterans Jim and Terri as well as the staff are wonderful people. They are knowledgeable and always willing to help with anything you need. Very professional! It may not be a big deal to some people but it's important to me which is your not walking into a dump. The facility outside and inside is clean and tighty, very well organized. I really appreciate that! The store has a nice selection of assesaries, rentals, optics to weapons. The range has plenty of lanes at 25 yards which is plenty of distance for handguns and sighting your AR.

First time ever going to big shots it was awesome. The staff were very helpful and not condescending at all. If you have limited weapons knowledge they will help you out and assist you so you understand. They even put my optic on my handgun to make sure it fit!!. Very good experience.

I got to tip my hat to the staff at Bigshots! I've been to several gun stores in town but I've never felt as welcome or as at home like at Bigshots. You know like finding a Church or local hangout that feels like home. Well who says you can't feel at home at a gun store that's friendly and warm. Today they proved it even more. I have had my eye on a gun for a long time and they knew it. I just couldn't seem to find one except the one they had for rent. Which I've rented alot. I didn't even ask or expect them to do something like this. However, they decided to help me out and gave me a deal on the rental. I honestly was shocked for a minute. But, since I've started going to Bigshots, I've realized that they don't just do business with selling guns. They like to build relationships because they truly care. They want to know you by name!

Jim was awesome help when deciding what suppressor would work best for my needs. Terri made the filing of the paper work painless. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Thanks again for the great costumer service!!!

Very great service! Ezra was amazing at showing us the ropes. Joe was amazing help to us as well to get targets settled.

I am continuously impressed by the helpful attitude of everyone at BigShots, and Joe specifically has always been a friendly face and a huge help ever since the first time I went to the range (never having shot a pistol before).

I can never wait until the next time I get a chance to go, and bringing a new friend along every time is always fun too!

I’ve been in a few times over the last month after making a handgun purchase. The RSO’s and all of the counter people are very friendly and kind. After asking about an optic Jared proceeded to pull up all available optics for my handgun. He showed me what they had in stock without ever giving me a sales pitch or any type of pressure into making a purchase that day. I came in about a week later, picked one up and they even mounted it for me and explained everything I needed to know about the optic. You can tell the employees enjoy working, and are in a great work environment. Shopping local is always better than going into large companies or online stores.

First time shooting a gun. Joe and Ezra were super nice and patience to us. Definitely coming back soon.

My wife and I had a great time when we went to Big Shots for a lesson and some range time. Jared, Joe and Sean were all very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs at Big Shots.

The store was very clean and well organized with an impressive selection of accessories, ammunition, firearms (for sale and rent) and a plethora of other gear and merch. I was impressed with Big Shots compared to other firing ranges I've been to in TX and IN.

We definitely plan on making return visits!
