Ace of Purcell

I went looking for an oddly specific water pump piece and tried a hardware store and a plumbing supply store before driving down to Purcell because the website said they had it in stock. Not only did they have it, but the sales associate led me right to it after I held up the broken one. I would have wandered and wandered on my own!

Great hometown business full of people who know what they are selling and can answer all your questions! Everyone is friendly and helpful!

The manager lady was very helpful and kind. Kept her cool very well when there was a lot going on with a line up, helping get our ag tax into the company, propane and co worker was asking questions while she was focused.

I like that when we call to see if an item is in stock they will out it up front for us to get there and pick it up. Driving 40 minutes to get there and the part is actually there and not sold on the drive there is very helpful.

They had the items I needed, easy to find.

Stopped by to get a few items. Very helpful staff with a great attitude. I've always found them to have a good selection and it generally saves running around or to Norman. These days that is hard to find good selection and great attitudes. Please, when you see someone doing a great job in retail or a service position that is keeping a great attitude recognize them for it !

Great service and quick service on keys. Had everything we needed at the moment and will probably be back for your Stihl equipment that my husband got happy about.

I've never felt unwelcome, or lost in this store. 2 steps through the door and you are greeted, and asked if you need help! Everyone is smiling and there are 1 beautiful dogs that roam the floor. This is what small town business is about. I love this store!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Always greeted when walking into the store. They usually have what you need on hand but even if they don't they go outta their way to help get it asap. Love this store

The employees are awesome here, the store carries a lot of stuff you wont find anywhere else in purcell, but to be completely honest what truly sets this store apart from others is the friendliness & helpfulness of the employees, when I come in there is always someone that asks if I need help looking for anything & all the employees go above & beyond to make you feel right at home.

These guys are awesome. I wasn't in the door a minute and I was able to strike up a conversation with a clerk. Afterwhich, I was pointed on my way for what I needed. Mac, behind the counter was just as helpful with setting up my Ace Rewards. Any time I need materials, I'll definitely make the trek up from Paul's Valley. This beats the snot out of having to chase down an employee to ask where the skrews are (looking at you Paul's Valley Ace)

Hands down the place to go. Especially if you have an idea in mind but not quite sure how to make it work, the Team there is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always looking to assist. I've been impressed!
