I just want to share something: I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! I’ve been coming to this location from the very beginning. I’ve seen it in all forms. By that I mean the struggles. For the last several months it’s been consistent; Fresh hot chicken, Clean, and an awesome staff. There has to have been a change in the management team to say the least. The Hard work is really showing. The young women working this afternoon has this personality that’s to not disappoint. (Maybe Christine) Check them out!

This is a new gas station off Watkins Mill Rd with a good convenience store attached to it. Safe area near spectrum town shopping center next to Cafes and restaurants and in a residential neighborhood. It recently opened in February 2022. The store and gas station ar nice and clean.

10 out of 10 on the customer service when it comes to Emely. Top tier, employee. Never a dull moment in there when she is there. When she is there, my food always comes out excellent. She makes it her business to make the customer a priority

The employees at Royal Farms are very friendly and professional. Food is delicious if you have reward card from there you can have it free meal, coffee
etc.. using your points, which is a great deal if you are going often to get gas there for example.

I used to only get gas here til i wondered in and discovered its pleasant and phenomenal staff serving chicken better than Popeyes
After a few months I finally met its unbelievable general manager Kristina who runs a tight ship ...trains her employees well

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years now. I'm able to build relationships with the employees, I'm always greeted with a smile, my items are always easy to find, food is always fresh, parking lot is always clean 10/10 I do recommend.

Great spicy chicken tenders. Get the 5 piece. Just enough kick. You order at the kiosk and then pay at the self checkout register. Clean and well organized.

All the folks at the Royal Farms in Gaithersburg are top notch! Shena is simply outstanding! She & her peers are always helpful and very kind to an old man who is, admittedly, a bit “high maintenance.” Thank you.

Great location. Stop in and grab a bite while waiting for your car to gas or charge. Friendly staff and consistent fried chicken.

We usually stop at this royal farms on our way to and from DC. Stopped in twice tonight and Christina was awesome 😎 the stars are for thee amazing customer service she provided for us! Thank you again 😁

Emely is the most amazing representative and the the most professional person I’ve ever met. She deserves a raise and is really great at her job!!

Everyone is so nice! The food is hot and ready to go anytime you are hungry! The location and gas prices are a plus.

Christina the manager is awesome! I come in everyday and buy coffee and she’s always super friendly.

Customer for life! I took my youngest son to the car wash here -- we purchased gas and the car wash at the pump, but did not get a receipt. There was an issue with the transaction but the manager kindly fixed everything and gave us a voucher for a car wash. I truly appreciated the gesture.
