Very good shopping experience. The check out clerk was helpful, providing the best discount available and was humorous and cheerful. I got a pair of jeans of excellent quality that would have cost five times as much normally. I also found the Amazon drop off easy and quick.

My experience today with Fernando (the perfect cashier) was such a great event. I haven’t seen a warm reception from a cashier in a while. Thank you, Fernando! You made me feel like I mattered.

On an annoying note, I didn’t know I was supposed to bring a bag to pick up my order. Now I do, and in case you didn’t know, now you do.ha ha.

Purchased a Bath Mat.
Customer Service was ok.
The reason I said OK was because I was asked on entry if I needed help. The Service person then called on the radio for whomever, to meet and assist me in that area. However when I got there. No one was there. I had to wait a little while. Actually, someone turned up after I found what I was looking for...
I will say the Mat and price were good.

Kohls is recently remodeled, with a beautiful new Sephora shop where jewelry used to be.
Discounts, return policy & sales people are great!

Fernando at the Aspen hill kohl’s store provided excellent customer service. Made my checkout with ease. Was very knowledgeable and friendly, kind, and resourceful as well as respectful. I think he should get a promotion or a raise and/or both.

Great that you are able to return Amazon items to kohls, just saying. Yesterday I went into the store and it was a little disoriented because of restocking items and clearance items being organized etc. It turns out I had to return to the same store to return an item and it was IN PERFECT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND I AM OCD!!!! The staff was smiling, asking if people needed help, you just don't see this high level of service anymore and a team that cares about their customers and quality of their store. Ben, Barbaria, Daniel, Marvin, and Farhia are amazing. Super impressed.

I enjoy going to the Aspen Hill Kohl’s because it is a very convenient location. It is usually clean and orderly. An Associate Fernando, is always very helpful, cheerful and seems to enjoy what he’s doing.

The store is great. The online shopping is confusing and misleading. I had to call customer service to find my $90 Kohl's Cash. The rep had to email me the code and rushed me off the phone. Apparently, I was taking too much time. Now I have no gift receipts for my kids who live all over the country because I looked on the website and couldn't find how to get a gift receipt. Not easy buying for Seven adults and two toddlers. I sure hope the gifts are the right size and to the liking of the recipients. And there is NO WAY to write Kohl's. I guess they don't want to receive too many letters. No email. No address. But the store is great and the people who work there are very nice.

I love this store! It is clean, super easy to get check out and the manager is friendly. From bath, bed, beauty, household, kitchen to wardrobe, it is easy to find great deal that are not offered elsewhere. remember to log in with their wifi to get current store coupons. There is plenty of parking and location is super convenient and easy to find.

Great place to buy some souvenirs for my sister who lives in Orlando.

I've gone to many Kohls Stores all over. They have a variety of options in many areas. Does NOT have a clutter feeling. Lots of women's larger size clothes to choose from, which I especially like.

My experience at Kohl’s department store were vey satisfying and the store were very clean.

Today I wemt to purchase a few items for my mother and I was checking out the gentleman who is a cashier was very friendly, and. He took me out several times as a store is close to my home. He is always very professional helps with the coupons and has an all-around friendly disposition which is refreshing and today's customer service people love to complain when something is wrong, but they usually don't take the time to say something, right. This gentleman goes above and beyond his duties, always friendly, very attentive with all customers as I've seen.. I know he's written his name on recipt before but he is a 5'4 or so, Hispanic man with glasses. I'm so sorry for the description this way I just want him to be acknowledged for doing a great job..

I really enjoy popping into this store, and Fernando made my last visit truly a blessing!

Pam was the wonderful sales woman, and Ricardo in customer service was great too. He helped me open a credit card account.
He was very patient even though there were two other people behind me. I didn't feel rushed.

Made another Amazon return.
This time, I decided to take advantage of the 15% coupon they give you when you do such a return.
As I meandered around, I only remember 1 associate greeting me before I checked out and that was by Fernando. He also greeted me when I approached his register and carried a conversation while he was ringing up my items.
Once I finally found the survey (initial link came up as suspicious), I didn't realize the one comment box was the only comment box. Otherwise, I'd have put my kudos to him there.

Went yesterday last moment shopping they had Very good sales, very fast lines, & good customer service
