Great store with about anything you would want. I looked over the entire store while my wife was shopping their mercantile store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I took a good bit of time looking things over in the garden / plant area. The outdoor pottery selection was so pretty. They had several things on sale today while we were there. I think this is our favorite Elders Ace Hardware store

This has quickly become our go-to place for anything related to the house. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I’ve always been very impressed by how well they take care of and curate their plants. They always have exactly what we need when it comes to hardware, too. It’s so nice having them just up the road when we’re working on a project!

Went today for a last minute gift, was helped by Shelby and that man is so kind and helpful. We discovered a Christmas miracle deal on an amazing gift for my boyfriend! Shelby was equally as excited as me. He even offered to have the mercantile store put it in a gift bag for me, and they did. So blessed and grateful.

Best hardware store in town! Also best collection of seasonings for grilling and grill accessories. Excellent outdoor plant area. Great service. Headquarters for all things treager and big green egg. Also great hardware area.

Why haven't I visited this amazing place before? I could have spent the whole day and a bundle of money in this delightful place. Yes, it is an ACE Hardware; that in itself makes it a great store, but Elder's is so much more. The garden center is beautifully stocked with healthy, well cared for flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as a plethora of delightful garden decor and tools. Please don't get me started on the Mercantile! Elder's is ABSOLUTELY a go to place.

I love all the elders locations I’ve been to around Knoxville. This location is brand new and the associates are super helpful. We moved in right down the road and look forward to making this elders our new hometown elders. We will definitely be returning often!

It’s typical to get good customer service from any Ace locations. This location takes it to another level in treating customers fairly and stand behind their service. Long story short, there was a few snafus with my purchase and their team did not hesitate to make it right.
I also bought some trees and their staff was so knowledgeable that it makes me wonder why they’re not working at the Biltmore.
Doubt I will ever shop at Lowe’s or HD again. 😄

I recently visited Ace hardware to purchase supplies for a project and the customer service I received was top notch! The staff were so helpful in helping me find what I needed and answered all my questions. I'll definitely be returning to Ace hardware for all of my hardware needs in the future!

I come here all the time for big green egg supplies. Charcoal, accessories etc. They also have tradition hardware stuff, and a great nursery. We come here every year in early spring for our tomato plants and herbs

Why don't go to a ton of hardware stores but elders Ace hardware on Hardin Valley Road is amazing. It is good, a huge selection of plants and flowers and trees and bushes as well as the inside. Having tons of things you need on the go on the fly close by. And it's always spotless, which is a pleasure to walk into. They have a store that's connected to it that has beautiful items, soaps and novelties and clothes and beautiful items to add to your house. I'm very glad that helders opened down the road from my house! The employees there are always helpful and kind and that is not lost on us. We may pay a little bit more sometimes for things going there, but we are glad to do so.
