I moved to the area a few years ago and didn’t think to shop at Rooms-To-Go until about a year ago. I assumed by the name it was cheap, ugly furniture. But, I found I was very wrong and now go there first when looking for something for my home. They have the best art anywhere and the low prices always surprise me. Their furniture is great and reflects the most current styles. Additionally, the salespeople are really nice and accommodating.

Yolanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured and she was a pleasure to deal with. As return customers we felt like we received a very good value for our purchases.

Izaiah worked with my daughter and I today to find bedroom sets and a living room set. He was kind and showed us many options under what we liked. As well as he knew a lot of information on any product which we loved. It was an overall easy and great experience shopping with him!

When it comes to buying furniture. You are not paying only for a piece of furniture, you also have to keep in mind the customer support that comes with it. And when it comes to that I don’t think anyone can beat RTG. I met Yolonda as my sales associate, she impressed me. Then i met Michelle and she impressed me more. Same happens when i met the manager Tino, i was impressed but then I met John and he impressed me more. They will go miles ahead to solve any issue you have to make you happy. Definitely best shop in town.

I just had the most pleasant shopping experience with Yolonda at the RTG- Alpharetta store (yet I was on FT.) Yolonda was so very patient in her explanations & details & in allowing me time to think/process all of her info while she waited. You could clearly tell Yolonda is a true professional who cares about her customer service skills which seems to be more of a rarity these days. My experience at RTG was wonderful. I’ve been wanting new furniture. The selection and pricing made it possible for me to find and purchase what I wanted for my den. The Salesperson, Conesha Douglas, was kind and very helpful. She answered all my questions without hesitation. Conesha made the process easy. Can’t wait for the delivery.

I live in Jacksonville, FL and my dad lives in John’s Creek. I wanted to get him a new living room and dining set, so I went to my local RTG and he came to this location. Yolanda C was the one helping him and she did such a wonderful job. She showed him all the ones we had texted each other and then we used FaceTime to go over them together. Yolonda was super patient with our back and forth looking at different setups and styles. We finally settled on everything and Yolanda called me to walk me through the payment options. She really went above and beyond. Not to mention the prices at this RTG were cheaper than my local one. Overall great experience, can’t wait to go visit and see the new furniture.
