Despite only having 3 people working in the store due to corporate decisions, it was a pleasure to shop there today. The manager, Dan, was working the register with a long line of customers waiting. Mr. Dan was patient, professional and very thorough with a big return I had. Despite the difficult working conditions, he made today very easy. Kindness goes a long way when employees are forced to work understaffed and underpaid. Online ordering was horrific this year, and his apology went a long way in restoring my commitment to shop at Joann’s again.🎄

Linda is amazing. She is so kind and went above and beyond to help me find color pens for my Anatomy class. So grateful for Linda and Joann’s!

Largest selection of yarn I’ve ever seen! 10 aisles (one-sided) plus end caps and aisle dividers. I go here every time I’m in the Atlanta area.

My go-to spot for a wide selection of fabric choices and home goods that look much more expensive than they really are. This is definitely a convenient location with a IG parking lot. The store is always clean and organized and they staff up enough that there’s rarely a long line.

Grabbed some fabric for a Halloween costume. The lady that helped cut the fabric was very nice and very helpful.

Without going into all the details of what unfolded, I would like to say that Farrah is amazing and I really appreciate her help. She went way above and beyond for my situation. She was on her own in the front with other customers waiting and did everything she could to rectify my situation. Her work ethic and customer service skills are very rare now a days and with that being said, thank you Farrah and I hope Joanne’s realize what a “gem” they have in you. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!

My shopping experience was great...I was looking for buttons and found so much more...I had no idea what a treasure JoAnn's was...It is a great fabric store that carries so much more including my hard to find wicker laundry baskets woohoo....I will definitely return and thank you for the Valentine's Day socks hookup I totally would have missed them if the Customer Service Representative had not brought them to my attention and, they were 50% off booyahhhhhhh...I bought two pairs yippie🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thank you again Gentlemen for an awesome customer service and shopping experience 🤗🤗🤗

As usual, an excellent experience. My wife and I usually only buy fabric from JoAnn's, so our views are bit restricted. The fabric selection is excellent, but you pay a bit more for the selection. If you are looking for something that's relatively common (plain solid colors, simple apparel fabric options), check out the Duluth/Dunwoody area for better fabric-specific shops. Otherwise, the staff here are fantastic, the line wait (usually) isn't too bad. Before purchasing anything here, be sure to download the app and bring your mailer coupons: the coupons are critical for making sure you get decent prices here.

The staff at this store is so sweet. I ordered some stuff in the app for pickup and didn't realize I did it too late, so when I went to pick it up the sweet associate said I could pull the items myself and she would process my order. I only shopped on the app for the extra discount, so I was elated 😊

Has a great selection of yarn compared to Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Definitely our favorite crafting store between the three.

This is a place that is clean and the staff are very knowledgeable about their inventory. Prices are great and I go here at least once every other week and the sales are also great on a wide variety of items.

Great customer service from Robert, who walked me back to the section where the buttons are kept. I got what I came for in less than 3 minutes, but spent another 15 walking around the store in awe.

Fantastic service. Asked about a discount that didn’t show when checking out. When verified, the sale was over and the sign should have been removed, but I got my 9 items for the sale price. No dickering, just gave me the lower price. Love this store.

First time in the store. The layout was very logical and well marked. I walked in, located what I needed immediately and was out within 5 minutes. The cashier was pleasant and quick. Nice experience.

It has a versatile amount of crafts for any project and although it was difficult for me to find what I needed, the lady who was at the check-out took me to the area where I needed the correct needles for my project. They really do their best to keep things stocked and have great customer service.

I have a family of 6 children, so there are many projects to do. I have lived many places and appreciate the willing and kind help of the staff here, including when I have needed to do returns. A wonderful team has been established here. I always enjoy my time here.
