Kroger

Staff are friendly and usually quite helpful. The store is clean and the prices are good. I have worked at a few Kroger and shopped at many. Kroger is my 1st choice for grocery shopping.

Store is clean and the employees friendly and helpful. I don't shop during primetime, the store is very busy.... Too busy for me. The store is currently being updated and items move around so they're difficult to find.

hard to get gas, more trouble than its worth

I highly recommend shopping with this Kroger to the one in Newnan on Bullsboro. It is simply a pleasure to be inside a store where customer service is on point and employees are not rude and seen to enjoy being at work. Happy to help me anytime I've needed help finding this and happy looking with me for a product bc I am new to the store still learning where things are. This and the selection of new items made by some fav brands I've not seen at other stores add great pricing, Kroger gas station, drive thru pharmacy to boot and you've got it all. Also easy to get in and out of, no crazy traffic. Must mention McDonald's, Walgreens and few eateries right there on the same lot. What's not to like?!

Kroger is always a great place to shop. All kinds of food, fresh and frozen, and many other things.

Austin in the meat department goes above and beyond. Although understaffed as most businesses are now, this young man continues to provide exceptional service with genuine care for the customer. Keep smiling, Sir, you are greatly appreciated.

I have been going to this Kroger for a long time and it's usually a fairly unpleasant experience (seems to be largely due to management). Anyway, today I couldn't get the self-checkout to work and so I went to an actual cashier named Tez. It was the most genuine and delightful experiences I have had with a member of retail staff since I can remember. 5 stars. You guys better be nice to him.

This is my favorite grocery store. I probably go 3 times a week. The staff are friendly and some of the same people have worked their for years. I have recently witnessed a young man named Jordan helping a wheelchair bound gentleman to his car. He was so nice to the guy. Several of the young men are so friendly and truly genuine to the customers. Artemis is very polite. I love seeing young men treat adults with so much respect. Such a breath of fresh air.

Great store, and great Starbucks. They have everything I need, and the workers are very nice and helpful. The little clinic is clean and works well. The deli is being remodeled as of July 4th, and the stock managers are happy and helpful for helping you find things. This is the best Kroger in the area!

This is a great grocery store. This Kroger's has a large free parking lot. There is many handicap parking spots. This grocery store has just been remodeled 8 months ago. This store is very clean and extremely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wine section in this store is very sophisticated and quite extensive. Awesomeness in shopping in the city of Newnan, Georgia.

I shop here multiple times a week. I've never had a bad customer service experience.

FIVE STARS to employee Cameron in Produce who told me exactly where to look for an item that was NOT in Produce. I never would have found it without Cameron!

The best kroger in newnan, by far. The employees are so helpful. I asked a quick list person (who fills the online orders) if there was more peanut butter hiding on an end cap somewhere. She said she'd go look and find me. I wasn't expecting much, but she found me with a different size jar of peanut butter that she had her manager price match for me. Above and beyond what I expected. I once talked to the wine-stocking lady for 15 minutes to find a perfect bottle for my friends birthday. Checkout is normally super quick and the cashiers are so nice. (I sometimes have a handful of coupons and they take their time when one doesn't scan)

Today I needed Kroger Thomas Crossroads to be ready for me to move in and out quickly.
Everything went well-- beginning with the lovely and lush Fern Hanging Basket that I purchased as a last minute birthday gift in less than 10 minutes.
Next-- I drove right up to an available pump, paid, and purchased gas.
Of course I used my Kroger Plus Card in-store and at the pump... fast, efficient, and friendly experiences with competitive pricing as usual.

Always excellent service even when I rush in rght at closing due to my work schedule. U Scan employee is even extremely pleasant and never seems irritated she'll be there a little late. Wish I could remember her name but will definately get it next time. Have been shopping there 16+ years & always had a positive experience.

This is a good place to go to. It's a bit busy and you have to shop in am to get quality produce because it goes fast! Other than that it was good!

Always have plenty of staff at checkout and everyone's very friendly. Great stock and competitive pricing. Kroger is our go to for fresh fruits, vegetables, great cuts of meat, fish and groceries in general.
