AT&T Store

I ordered the new S23 ultra and had it shipped here. It never showed up. After alot of time back and forth with att, ups, etc, I got nowhere. So I decided to pay the 55 dolla re stock fee and be on my merry way.
So I came into the store and communicated my decision. First and foremost.......every one here went above and beyond helping me, I'm thoroughly happy. Second, they got the order canceled, got a new phone on the way to my home (this time), and I didn't have to pay a restocking fee. They came thru for me, and if you ever have a problem, I believe they'll come thru for you too.
Thanx so much y'all, keep up the awsome work!

Brandon was very busy but very helpful. I was having issues with a screen protector I purchased from att and was trying to replace it and he went through the trouble of helping me replace it and applying it for me

The staff are really friend and polite. The service is great and they go above and beyond to assist! One employee in particular, Cameron he deserves a raise. He came to render aid while on his lunch break!

Mahari was very friendly professional and had a pleasing people attitude. Even though we ran into a few issues she made sure everthing was well taken care of . Please ask for her !

Wanted to take the opportunity to share what a great job that Jeremy and Mahari did for us. We were coordinating multiple family members transferring their phones from multiple other carriers. So it took a lot of time and patience over several days to make it all happen (getting cancellation/transfer info, making final device selections, etc.). Jeremy was highly responsive and stayed in communication with us to help set everything in motion so that the in-store experience would go smoothly and efficiently. Then Mahari did a wonderful job at the store executing on the device purchases and setups, with a delightful personality. Thanks for the excellent, professional service!

I definitely recommend this location the staff are prompt, swift, and thorough. I couldn't have asked for a better team of staff to assist me. I went to the Barrett location first and they always had a long wait and Didn’t even acknowledge me until about 5-10 mins after being there. It was different here I was addressed right away! Check out Jeremy and Mahari for all ur Att needs!

Jeremy was excellent! He greeted us before we even finished walking through the door. He remembered me from being there the previous week and understood exactly what I was there for. He even went the extra mile and helped me get a return label sent to me so I can return my exchanged device. Jeremy is the face of AT&T and that store! He was great!!

Chelsea deserves more than a raise, she was so very helpful! She went the absolute extra mile to make sure that my husband and I left with smiles on our faces. She definitely has outstanding customer service!

I can’t say enough about the patience and the courtesy of the employees at this AT&T’ store. The general manager Brian….awesome. Could teach a class in patience and in willingness to help. Camilla…wow. Just super helpful and really was the reason I came to this store after I called and spoke to her. Had a small issue but was resolved by Crystal….another quality person. My husband and I went yesterday and when we walked in we were greeted by all the staff and helped right away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back and visit this location in the future!

As for Corrin. Best customer service from an individual with AT&T and I’ve been a customer since 2000! In my 22 years of experience, I’ve never had someone work so hard too answer the MANY questions. He made my daughters birthday extra special upgrading her phone. ❤♥❤

I had an issue with billing with customer care charging me twice for my account. The manager Chris contacted customer care and he got me taken care of and refunded. He was very helpful getting my plans set up in very helpful getting my issue taken care of. Thank you!!

Previous manager had made many mistakes on our 3 phones upgrades but Shadareca was amazing in resolving all the issues and making sure we were taken care of. She spent a lot of time with someone on the phone to reverse charges incorrectly made, even when they were being absolutely rude to her, she put the customers needs first and got us what we were promised. Thank you Shadareca for the amazing customer service!

Great experience! Faryal was very helpful and knowledgeable. Patiently answered all of my questions and did a great job teaching me about new features on my upgraded phone. Very pleased— quick and efficient, with no pushy sales pitch .
