After 20 years of being a loyal Verizon Customer,the experience at this particular T-Mobile was hands down the best of any experience we've ever had with VZ.Trent took care of everything from a more affordable plan to transferring our phones and numbers for us.Excellent Customer service.

Jabri and Jay were super nice and very helpful with getting my daughter’s iPhone upgraded. The experience was one of the best I’ve had at a phone store.

This post is long over due (sorry guys!). I had a bad experience with a different T-Mobile store so I decided to check this place out (see my reviews). I walked in with my partner and immediately we were acknowledged and were greeted by Justin and Michael. They were busy but Michael checked us in and let us know that it would be about a 45 minute wait time if we wanted to wait here or wait in the car and they would call us when it was our turn. We decided to wait. In my previous review, I mentioned that first impressions mean a lot and so far their customer service was excellent! Later Fabian, the store Manager arrived from his lunch break and immediately started helping out. Fabian ended up helping me out with my phone upgrade. He was so friendly and patient. Let me tell you that they go above and beyond here! As a formal Disney Cast Member for 11+ years, I know customer service and I would like to Thank Fabian, Michael, and Justin for bringing excellent customer service! Definitely gained a new/old customer!

All Attendants were always friendly, gracious, and offered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE (MUCH better than those at the Barrett & Cobb Pkwy location ☹)!!! In fact, we'll be going to this one (in Kennesaw, near KSU, across from Kaiser-Permanente) tomorrow! THANKS TO ALL who work at this location!! 😄

Shavonna was absolutely amazing! I came in for some assistance with my accessories and it was truly a pleasure. I will be driving the 45 minutes for her to assist me with all my T-mobile needs. It's nice to know good customer service still exists.

The staff here are exceptionally helpful. I had a particularly unique situation regarding switching over my phone from sprint. And not only did they go well beyond what I expected of them. They were very patient with me and went out of their way to make sure I got a good deal on my new phone. And they made sure I understood all the billing charges.

I came in a couple months ago not committed to getting the kids phones. Erica and the manager Fabian were so personable, informative, attentive and honest I promised to return when I was ready to buy.

Today I came back and was instantly greeted by Mike who took time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted. He was so efficient and personable that I came in to active an old phone and decided to buy 2 new phones for the children. I highly recommend this location for all your hassle free Sprint needs. Thanks guys.

Kelly was so great to us when we came in today and she went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! She even introduced me to different discounts that I didn’t have before. By far best experience I’ve had and will be requesting her the next time I need help with my plan. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Jennifer is amazing and it was a great pleasure working with her. Her willingness to service us was greatly appreciated. I love the fact that she took her time to explain the plans and make sure we were put into what is best.

Wow! What a great store! Can't rave about this place enough! The staff is phenomenal! Michael is super knowledgeable on all things cellular, Carolina and Shantrell always make my transactions fun and easy, and Justin's customer service is next level! And don't even get me STARTED on the management, Fabian and Dejuan are incredible! You can tell they all really care; they made my dreams come true!

I visited this store to add my two daughters to my T-mobile account. This store is terrific! Special shout out to Shan. She was wonderful, helping us with the process to switch over and set up new phones. Shan exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the great folks at this T mobile location.

I’m extremely impressed with the the friendliness of the staff! The team works well together. It’s a HUGE improvement to have someone keep their promise of calling you during the busy Holiday season.

This is an AWESOME location! They are all wonderful there but there star employee is Kelly! What GREAT customer service! She is patient and kind. She also has the sweetest personality! Because of this location I will stay a loyal customer!
