Food City

It's hard for us to shop any other grocery store. The Food City chain continues to give us a good value for our money. I like the store layout and the friendly employees. I appreciate a clean store and their help to find you something that you're on the hunt for

Very clean and well stocked store. They offer a wide selection of unique offerings of cake mixes, cleaning supplies, canned vegetables, cosmetics, hair products, air filters, deli products, etc. Very pleasing shopping experience.

wow, i just wanna say i had the best customer shopping experience ever all to one person. i almost never write reviews on places but i just have to write this to give this person credit for making my shopping experience so phenomenal.

At about 12:54 at night i walked into the grocery store in search of cranberry juice, as i was walking i saw a lady putting stuff away in the isle. i approached her and asked her if she knew where the cranberry juice was and instead of the basic annoyed worker response, she replied “yes of course, isle 15, right hand side; right in the middle”, so i went and searched and she was right on. i picked up the cranberry juice and continued shopping.

This isn’t the end of it, as i was shopping we somehow encountered each other again, and she asked me if she could help point me in any direction of my shopping list items, i just so happened to be looking for cranberry’s as well. so i said yes, she proceeds to give me information on cranberry’s and walks me through the store on where cranberry’s may be, (due to the season there wasn’t a lot of options :( ) she apologizes for making me walk a distance and is literally just amazing. she shows me the spots there typically at in season, and since they were out of stock instead of leaving and apologizing that they were out, she asks if frozen cranberry’s are okay? and i say yes of course, and she takes me to them. i just wanna remind you this is right at closing, and i feel like any other employee would’ve told me to leave.

I regret my self for not catching her name so i could give her more of the credit she deserves. but if any manager sees this, and knows of the lady working on july 26 2023 12:50AM please give her raise. she was absolutely amazing.

Nice masked cashiers with smiling eyes. Also, the store was very, very clean. No Irish Cream creamer...sad. They never have it.

I enjoy shopping their. Good store and people. I love making all the customers shopper workers aware whenever I'm inside the store. See you all again. I'll post a photo next time. 1LUV 💙💚📿🤴🏿

Everything I need I find easily. If I can't find it I'm helped until problem is resolved. Friendly Mature Staff. The younger adults are typical for this day and time.

Plenty of cashiers available, also self checkouts available. Plenty of stock.

I like having a grocery store so close and this Food City fits the bill. It's always clean and well stocked. The employees are kind and personable. I'm a Kroger girl, but this Food City is great when I need to pick up something quick.

Very good for a quick run for toothbrush and toothpaste. Found items quickly and self checkout fast. No waiting in line for an unused machine. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Neat and clean, well organized and easy to read aisle signs.

Very clean, well organized, and less expensive then other groceries. I was surprised by how wonderful the organic grapes were. They were crisp, fresh, and sweet all the way through. I will be going back for more.

My cashier and bagger were both extremely nice. Of course my bagger asked if he could assist me to my car and lift heavy items. I declined the help. Today's visit was very pleasant. Way to go Food City!

I stopped in to this Food City because I was in the area. I had never been to this store before. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store, the prices and the customer service of the young woman at the register who kindly informed me that if I purchased two more of the items I had selected, I could get the discount. I think her name was, Judy. A very beautiful, young woman with wonderful customer service skills.

Usually prefer Kroger, but needed a few things n stopped in. Everything I ended up buying was on sale, so I was happy. Also, they have my cat's treats here at this location, and I can't find this particular kind anywhere else dependable! We recently moved towards Clinton Hwy., Pleasant Ridge area, and the Food City near to our house doesn't carry this kind of Fancy Feast tuna cat treats. Wish they would get some!

Two of my nieces work there we like the fact They Have jobs close to home store is clean prices are high but that's ok
