I only go there for drinks and it feels like every time I go there something is always out. Whether it be cup lids, or the fountain drinks for weeks on end, and the cups too. They claim one of the workers is supposed to reorder stuff but that leaves it empty if they're off the next few days. Leaving it to a single worker just makes the shortage last longer!

Oh my goodness I can't even describe what happened to me. The clerk was insane. I believe her name was Brandi. She was screaming at the customers to go to self-checkout. I went and paid for $15 worth of gas on my American Express. I walked to my car and it said there was no money available. I walked back into the store and she told me it was not her fault that I went to Subway and ate. I paid and went right to my car I did not go to Subway. She then said I didn't pay even though I showed her my American Express receipt. I went back to my car where she proceeded to bang on the window and try to give me $30 cash. I told her it was not mine and to please stop banging on my window. She was yelling at everybody and it was so insane. Of course American Express was notified of this. Everyone was in the parking lot laughing at this crazy clerk. Possibly a drug-induced frenzy?

SLOW A/F!!!! Cashiers insist on using the self check out for you… It makes for a horrid shopping experience. Self check out, was supposed to make things faster, not slower. Third time in the store. I waited 15 minutes in line… Now they get a bad review.

Whoever was working tonight made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her night, was rude, and made us regret spending anything at this place. If her customer service is this bad, why is she still working there?

Very Bad experience! They make you check yourself out. I walked up to the cash register at the counter and she told me to go check myself out and they stand there and watch you to make sure you do it right. Nope I will not participate in this.

Not a safe place with the bums hanging around. Nothing like getting harassed when trying to buy gas or grab something quick. What a shame. I wouldn’t stop here if I was you.

Very rude cashier. Really should keep opinions about customers purchase to themselves.

The clerks will steal from you. I brought a scratch off that was a $10 winner into the store to claim my winnings. The clerk told me it wasn’t a winner, and printed a non-winning receipt to me when I asked to have the ticket back, the clerk could not find the ticket. I know the ticket was a winner as I reviewed it with three of my friends before bringing it in. I’m dumbfounded at how the clerk did not find the ticket after she scanned it. I gave up on her trying to find it because the line was getting so long behind me and it was getting really frustrating.

If I could give a zero, I would. Their ice machine/soda machine is always broken. They always have old, nasty looking hot dogs on their rollers, and it's dirty, and disgusting inside. The people there, while nice enough, come off as rude, and inconsiderate, and most don't know how to operate anything there. I've started going to the racetrack up the road instead.

The manager named Heather is very rude and entitled. She should be replaced.

Absolutely the most idiotic gas station attendants ever. If I am of age, sober, and have a valid Florida ID, I should be allowed to purchase alcohol. Just because someone that happened to be in the same party as me was intoxicated, I was refused service. I was treated like a criminal, and HAD THE COPS CALLED ON ME, even though I had done nothing wrong. They even called their manager, Tammy, to consent to calling the cops on me...put her on speaker phone and everything. I had just finished filling my tank full of their gas as well.

Always packed with customers and understaffed, don't expect to be able to grab a couple items and get out in less than 5 minutes.
I've been stopping by this location for years on my way to work, today I was finally annoyed enough to complain about it on the internet. I will never ever stop here ever again if I can help it.

Lazy employees who want to talk and expect you to self checkout!

This is the worst store I’ve ever visited. Poor management, in informed staff. People just standing around no organization with line management. I’ve made the mistake of trying them again and paid for it with a waist of my time.
