Walgreens at Michigan & Delaney, and Bumby & E. Colonial, Orlando FL: Love these Walgreens. Everyone is always so personable, helpful, and accommodating. If we’re walking around searching for something, they’ll even offer to walk us directly to the item. We get all our prescriptions and shots at Walgreens now. You know, it’s really great to order things online. We even bought our pickup truck online! But sometimes, you just need to talk with a real person, and, I am sure, all Walgreens’ staff are always glad to help you.

I would like to give a shout out for the people that work there. After a long day, everyone is very nice and professional and they go out of their way to help you out. Kudos to Reina Diaz for her amiability and attitude to help out. Thank you

I see a lot of complaints on here that are honestly useless info of people griping for the sake of griping, cause something didn't go there way. Crazy. I have used this walgreens for over 10 yrs to fill my prescriptions, and let me tell you with covid putting a humongous strain on pharmacies, and not to mention it's one of the busiest pharmacies in Orlando. The pharmacy has really gotten a hell of a lot better in the last 6 months. I also work in Healthcare, meds not available not because they don't order, because not available from manufacture; you know the people that make the meds..... Sometimes I go in to get my prescription I'm in and out, other times yes there's a slight wait but that's everywhere. I've filled scripts at publix with a wait, walmart with a wait, cvs with a hell of a wait. All companies are short staffed everywhere and seems like they are training a lot of new people to deal with the work load. I'm sure no one was a super star employee their first year in a new field 🤷🏼‍♀

Walked in at approximately 11:55 pm, 5 min before close because we had an emergency, and I have to say KP was phenomenal. She went above and beyond despite being almost closed. Extremely knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again and give this woman a raise or a promotion.

I went to photo and then did some shopping. I want to say thank u to Elba and Danny. They were friendly and professional. They are an asset to your company.

Great staff! We went to another Walgreens for a very important poster that we ordered online for an event the next day and when we arrived to pick it up the they did not have it ready. The manager had no explanation and was clueless. You can imagine how upset and stressed we were. So we called this Walgreens and spoke with John and he said he would take care of us. He sure did and we are extremely satisfied! John went above and beyond to help us!! When we arrived we purchased extra items and he had our poster ready in no time! He was also the cashier at the time so talk about multi tasking for his customers!! If I could rate 10stars I would. Thank You soooo much John. Everyone at the birthday party loved the poster!!

Devon cashed me out at my most recent trip to this location and my interaction with her was amazing! She was super positive and really attentive. We had a nice chat and she checked out my items timely but not rushed so I didn't feel anxious like I typically do while at registers. Thanks Devon!

I was there at the beginning of January for a covid-19 test for my return home through the drive-thru. Unlucky that I was, my taxi driver dump me there at the drive-thru instead of going through it as supposed too. I went inside the Walgreens for help, I was desperate and a employee with the biggest heart help me, Luna, she drive me to the drive-thru where I could my covid test. Thanks again, with your help and my negative results I could fly back home to my family.

Personnel in this store are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the help they give me with my prescriptions and advise. When they are out of stock on a med I need they call around till they find it. This is the kind of business that cares. Thank you. .

Vicy Sweptson in cosmetics is like an ambassador for the store. Always friendly. Treats you like a personal friend.

They have been nothing but nice every time I go. Covid testing and vaccine were both surprisingly smooth. Store is clean. They are handling the pandemic well and I thank them for working during hard times.

The person at the photo department (sun 27/08/2023) 4pm went above and beyond their service. Cashier was super nice too!

The older lady who works behind the cosmetics counter was so very helpful to me. Her knowledge of women's products is extensive. Her cheerful attitude changed what I thought was going to be miserable chore into a pleasant experience.

To my friend John who I’ll never forget on this trip! Lol. We aren’t from Florida we came from NY and I came in 5 minutes before closing time because this was the only place opened around where I was at the moment. And I wasn’t feeling to hot. I was coughing sneezing throwing up all the bad stuff and even tho we only had 5 minutes John was really helpful and super sweet! And even cracked jokes! Lol and I feel better now BTW! But it was a funny moment and I had to thank him!

Though the line was long to check in for my kids vaccine, the staff wäs friendly and the person giving the shot made them feel comfortable. It did take about an hour.

Walgreens are very convenient, but like any convenient store you pay. I always get my vitamins there. Usually B.O.G.O.

The checkout staff has been helpful and friendly in my experiences. I have not used the Pharmacy there, so I do not know what it is like. The store seems clean.

Excellent pharmacy services and excellent custumers service staff. I am very please with this pharmacy.

Love this store!! Employees are always extremely helpful!! When there are 3 or more people in line to checkout, they open more registers (listen for the "I see three" announcement). The size of the store is smaller than some but the location and staff make up for it.
