New Balance Factory Store St. Augustine

The sales person hooked me up nicely. She had plenty of knowledge of the products, and how to fit me properly. My wife was able to find a pair as well. Kudos, again, to the lovely woman who helped us.

Sales staff was super friendly! April went above and beyond to help me with my selection. She was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. The store was merchandised well and had a great variety of stock. The location is easily accessible from I-10 interstate and there is plenty of parking.

Bought some made in the USA running shoes. Very happy with the shoes...

The staff at this store is Awesome! 2 associates went out of they’re way to assist me with sizing and finding the right shoe. I was indecisive and they were patient. Everyone was knowledgeable about the different 99x series and if they didn’t have the shoe I was offered to have them ordered.
I arrived right at closing and they stayed open until I got what I needed. We need more stores that have this level of customer support. Polo in the same plaza doesn’t even offer the level of customer support this New Balance does.

Good service, good selection and azing prices. I will definitely go back when I need new sneakers.

My wife and I are on vacation, and used this as an occasion to replace my worn work shoes. Will greeted us and was very attentive: Julie was extremely knowledgeable about the distinctions between various New Balance shoes. She observed my gait, how my existing shoes had worn, and made recommendations accordingly. An added bonus: my wife found shoes on clearance that were much more comfortable than what she was wearing, and bought them, too!

Omg! Mitch and April are absolutely amazing! What sweethearts! Stop by on my way into Daytona Beach and they treated me as if they have known me for years. Very courteous, knowledgeable m, professional and down to earth loved cracking jokes!!! I highly recommend this New Balance Store even if you’re not on the market for shoes and clothing please stop by and let them put a smile on your face and a laugh in your belly. Since New Balance came along, my feet have felt SO much better and this store offers so many styles and sizes, It is easy to get what I want/need without any problems.

Purchased a pair of shoes. Missed the former perks that if you bought a pair you could get a second pair for half price. Blame it on the economy.

I had a pair of 993s that were fraying badly on the inside heal. I’ve been buying these shoes for a few years. I didn’t know what to expect as I didn’t have the receipt and had been wearing them close to 6 months. Steven knows about the importance of customer service. He swapped out the fraying pair for a new pair. I’ll keep going back to this store.

We went shopping for a new pair of running shoes for the gym. We shopped over Labor Day and received a huge discount. Joshua is very knowledgeable about the New Balance products and helps with the style and proper fit of the shoe. I have very wide feet (4E), and New Balance is the only store that I buy work shoes and athletic sneakers.

Didn't buy any shoes, but was wholly impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of their associate, Steven. Thank you for a great experience. Keep doing what you do!
