Affordable convenient food store

Interesting convenience store. Wide selection of things no one else nearby carries. There is a small kitchen that occasionally makes take out food. Overall the place is very dirty, and it also attracts a rough crowd. The parking lot is often uncomfortable with groups of people hanging out and panhandlers. The next store, a quarter mile down the road, does not have this problem.
