GATE Gas Station

Seriously.. BEST Gate in Jacksonville, being a small parking lot, with gravy traffic and terrible traffic lights during rush hour MUST have people tripping because as far as Gates go THIS one should be the example.. fast, friendly and service with a smile, make sure to see my man Vod at 3 am and tell him your life story, he loves sitting there helping folk through whatever they are going through and he said himself he loves a good life story 🤣😉

First of all, cleanest gas station bathroom I've ever seen! The cashier said it was remodeled about 2 months ago. Cheap gas, which is a plus, AND they sell almond milk!!! As a vegan, that's a big deal for me. Employee (I believe his name is Herbert) was very nice and seemed happy to work there. Overall a very nice New Year's pit stop.

Pretty much the usual Gate Gas Station as far as the store itself is concerned, where this one exceeds expectations is with the staff.

Seems like every single employee at this gate gas station is always friendly, helpful, and they really genuinely seem to enjoy working there.

The store is always clean, the parking lot is always well-lit and well secured all times of Night and Day.

Just a nice friendly neighborhood gas station with great employees.

The best hot chocolate. And I love the creamer variety. Don’t find this at the store by my place on Southside Blvd.

Typical for a gate gas station. Little more expensive than some other chains however usually well stocked and clean.

They have competitive prices because they are competing with Speedway across the street. If you want coffee, they have very good regular coffee.

The lady helping at cashier was not her fault she was super sweet but i came here to use remainder of my giftcard and also had a dollar off coupon and wasnt until after trying a couple of times the machine for payment wasnt working and apparently wasnt working before and i couldnt make my purchase and it also made it seem like i used my coupon already. Im guessing the manager had walked by and she asked about it and he was like he didnt know and if cash payment was an option then walked away. Did not even try to look at it

Tap to pay option is installed on all pumps but doesn't work.

Most ghetto Gate gas station on the Southside - probably the most ghetto gas station on the Southside period. I've been in here a few times when I get out too late to make it to my regular convenient store. No longer. I have never been in this store and not either been glared at by the staff or had to listen to them complain as if I'm there to give them therapy. We are not paid enough as customers to deal with that.

Oct 23 at 9am went in to get couple of snacks and the male and the female employees working gave me dirty looks from the jump. I blame half of this rude and bad behavior on the owner and management. They should be letting these sorry cashier's know their paychecks comes from the money we customers spend. Clean house and start with the right workers that has a good attitude and friendly personality.
