Family Dollar

I wanted to make management and the general public aware of my experience at this family dollar. And I hope I'm getting your name right. Neesha made me cry. I was diagnosed with a heart condition recently. I've been sick and unable to work. I don't qualify for any government assistance and things get tough when you have no income and the bills keep coming. I was ready to snap on Saturday when I walked in to the family dollar. I needed to put some cash on my card so I could pay my phone bill. I had a $20 bill and the fee to add cash to my card was $3.99. I asked Neesha to take the $3.99 out and whatever was left, put on my card. I was already so stressed out from being sick and running out of money and Neesha told me that I couldn't put $16 on my card I had to put a minimum of 20 and I said I don't have more than 20. I think I may have even yelled at her when I said that. Normally when I'm broke I like to keep it to myself LOL but Saturday I didn't care who knew because I was at the end of my rope and I couldn't stand one more bit of bad news. Neesha reached into her purse and paid the 399 fee so I could meet the minimum $20 requirement. I must have looked as crazy as I felt that day because she took sympathy on me when I probably didn't deserve it. When I got to my car I just cried. I haven't been able to get any help from anywhere for months. With nowhere to turn and no one to rescue me, I felt helpless and so hopeless. But that day, Neesha restored my hope in people and that gave me the strength I needed to make it through another day. Things haven't improved but I wake up each day and pray that God gives me the strength I need so I can hold on a little bit longer. Neesha I can never thank you enough for helping me and for the kindness you showed me. I hope that Family Dollar knows what a big heart you have and recognizes how special you are. Thank you ❤

I love this location right off of McDuff. They have lots of items in there that I can't find it any other stores.. and there's also a beautiful Hispanic lady that works there I actually wonder if she ever has any time off. She's always there and she's always polite and respectful. I enjoy her very much. She makes me feel very welcome. I haven't felt that in a lot of family Dollar stores lately. My pepsi is on sale rn 3 for $12 cheapest anywhere in my opinion..

It's been a while since I've been back up to this family Dollar it's down the road from my house just haven't gone lately they remodeled the place looks nice they have it set up for things to be easily found and the cashier was polite I was in and out quickly to find everything I needed they did a good job redoing the store

I shop here often because it’s very close to my work and also my home. They have great prices on everything in the store. The assistant manager Robert is very helpful and friendly whenever I come in the store. If he’s busy doing something he’ll stop what he’s doing to assist a customer. Angel or Angela I think that’s her name, she’s also one of the other managers at this location, she’s also very helpful and friendly as well.

They were slammed, lines long, and those two ladies got everyone out of there smooth. Grace under pressure. People always tell about their bad experience, never the good.

There was a mess up with a digital coupon , so I called and spoke to DM of the area the next morning went to the store and met the Manager Charmaine and she was awesome totally resolved all my issues and took the time out to explain everything to me in depth and really demonstrated phenomenal customer service !!!!

I went there last night trying to redeem an item using my smart coupon. The item wasn't taking the $1 off. Employee was very helpful and friendly. She went beyond to assist me. I have always experienced friendly workers.

They have canned tamales. Enough said

I love this store, there is always good item's that are available at unbelievable price's!

These stores are growing, better products and bigger selections. This location looks new!

They just remodel the store very clean and nice now.people friendly.

It's like a mini Wal-Mart they have 100% more products in that store then when they opened

Close, convenient,ave they have those last minute grab items on the way home with out the long waits.

Close to many subdivisions, economical, affordable to all, in and out, many items , for home , office, utilities, laundry, some food items.

All the employees in this location are very helpful and friendly.
