My sales rep Julie was very patient and kind.

Bri and Cal are absolutely fantastic! We went into the store about 15mins before they closed (😅 sorry guys) and they stayed passed closing to get our additional lines added with smiles on their faces! I had my grumpy dad with me and my kids, who were full of energy and being a little wild, but it didn’t faze them at all. In fact, Cal said he could relate… having his own little ones and told the girls to have fun while they wait! I really appreciate the patience 😁🙏🏽, friendly service and willingness to get us squared away after hours! Thanks again guys! I’d definitely recommend visiting this store!

Ya, So… I walked in Dansel in distress. Three associates immediately started attending to my needs. My phone was blocked. I was missing all kind of business calls. All three of them assisted me until I walked out of the store. Very very pleased. Very satisfied, customer.

Fred Jones is the new manger at this store. He was friendly and helpful, and gave me good info. If I need to go to an at&t store again it will definitely be this one

I highly recommend this AT&T location!! Josh provided me & my family with EXCELLENT customer service! He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained the differences in service plans and what my potential charges would be. He even gave my two little girls a paper craft to entertain them. Another employ named Wes was just as great and also provided excellent customer service! Even though they were busy, they smiled and acknowledged every customer who came in. They had a sense of urgency to help their customers. They went above and beyond not just for me, but for every customer who was there. A customer came in upset, they quickly solved the customer's issue and the customer left happy and satisfied. This location represents AT&T very well! Thank you!!

they never fail! these people are phenomenal and sweet. they get me out quick and fast, always answer my questions, and point me in the right direction. today i was assisted by bre and cal, come check them out.

Nate was the young man that waited on us. He was very good, knowledgable, polite, & courteous. It was late when we went in, he was working by himself. He never made us feel rushed. Explained how we could save with the new plan & walked us through the sign up procedure explaining our options. Very nice young man.

Dillion was very pleasant and professional! He was able to help me with a return and provide me with information regarding my trade-in … only took me about 5/10 minutes tops! He also saved me a trip to another store. Thank you!

I came into AT&T to get OtterBox for my phone and a privacy screen they were broken. You didn't have any in stock store. But he was able to tell me that I was due for upgrade and then his courteous service, expertise, knowledge of the products made me see that it was time to get a upgrade.

This was one of the BEST costumer service I have had with AT&T. I highly recommend this store. Josh and Wes helped me and my mom and we’re very polite and professional. If I have any questions or want another upgrade this is the store I will go to.

My daughter and I tried to get the new iPhone 14 for weeks! We called everywhere with no luck but thanks to Nate, we got great deals and are able to get our new phones! Thank you!

The manager, Brandon went above and beyond to not only assist with filing the claim for my broken phone but also ways to lower my bill. He took the time and now I am paying over $100 less for services. I will always go to that store for my mobile needs.

Two days later he called to remind me of my installation for the new service I was receiving and to see if I was able to complete my claim. Awesome customer service.

Kierra w is one of the best workers I've ever met with on Atnt she's awesome very helpful to the point where kept very leadership material and she helped me through a tough situation and I highly recommend promoting and giving her a raise she has a very good personality really good customer service and she knows what she's doing at everyone I met she is a very good worker / person and I highly recommend her for the business
