Gopal has been SO AWESOME to us! He has been so kind and helpful for all our shipping needs every time we ship here. I drive a half an hour just to ship here! I am so happy with this store and recommend it to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you all!

So happy with the service at UPS. Somehow my items were shipping to a very old address that had not been used in about five years and the seller told me it couldn’t be fixed unless I had called within 30 minutes of placing the order and suggested I sit at my old address and wait for the package (seriously?? Who does that??). Luckily UPS was able to help me change the pickup location to a store (couldn’t change it to my home address, but as long as it was going somewhere where I could get it I’m good). It was very quick and efficient when I went in to pick up the packages and the customer service was excellent. Should this happen again in the future, absolutely no hesitation regarding UPS or this location.

Great service and knowledgeable people helping me. They helped with the returns i had today, and with an issue from a past visit. One stop shipping place. Have all materials to box, bag, and cover any imaginable (practical) items to ship on site. Prices are similar to fed ex, and usps.

I had a huge printing job that I needed done for a birthday gift and they nailed it! They did a great job and worked very hard to help me get in done in time! Great service and very kind helpful staff! Will definitely be coming back time and time again!

This is the best store in the area for shipping, copies and others miscellaneous services for running my small business. I am always greeted with a smile and small talk from staff who truly care about me and my business. What a great service the UPS Store in Rogers offers the community!

My son is in his first year of college across the country and I had to ship a lot of items to him, UPS was comparable to USPS in shipping costs, but UPS got it there much faster. Staff is very helpful in explaining how to package items and pick appropriate boxes for different items! Will be using them again for sure!!!

Awesome service. Brought in two large boxes that would have cost about $400 to ship and they worked with me for 45 minutes to get them down to a size that was $150 less than the original shipping box. They worked hard to help! I Will always use this UPS store over any other store. Job well done... Thank You!

Service is BEYOND Excellent. I would give them a 10 Star Rating if I could. Jerry, Anna, the other young woman, plus the older one? Makes me WANT to go to UPS. Heck even the parking lot was patched up - not their fault

Jerry and the team at this UPS store went above and beyond to attempt to help us remedy what has been a complete nightmare in trying to get a package back that UPS inadvertently took from our front door step. This was not even this stores issue or responsibility but he spent a great deal of time with us - too bad the UPS delivery services and customer contact center, where the issues lies, don’t have this same outstanding level of customer service. Wow! Was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. I needed quite a bit of help with a print job and the owner was nice enough to edit a few things before printing the final product. Definitely a 5 star operation.

Best spot for a private mailbox! Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Prices are a little high, but if you live in an apartment and your packages always end up saying try again check out this location!
