Casey's

I just started buying products with Casey's name on them. I highly recommend them. Just as good as all the other.

i see panhandling everywhere not just at Casey's. there happens to be a bus stop right beside the store as well that area has alot of homeless people. they are people too. someone always has an excuse and blames the homeless not everybody is a thief..

I'm giving this location 3 stars and I assure you that each and every star is based solely on the fast and friendly folks running this pathetic excuse for a store. I cannot speak for the women's but the men's room is just...ewwww ! Not only awful but it's just a single toilet also and I have yet to visit this location that I did not have to wait for the use of the nasty room and if there were any other places that offered a public restroom nearby I would certainly be patronizing that store. I know Casey's bought these stores from pilot but if they can renovate all the stores with pizza ovens you'd think they could have thrown a few bucks on these restrooms at this location 🤣 and give those hard working employees a store they can be proud to work at. I saw at least one other post about the restrooms not being cleaned properly and I honestly think they're doing the best they can with what they have. That's my opinion of the root of the problem.

Restrooms were filthy; walls, floor, toilet. I asked about the history of the building as it had a date and name formed in the building material. The manager was very kind to tell me about it. No problem getting gas.

The only reason I come to this Casey's frequently is because it is very close to where I live and there are good cash back rewards through both Casey's and Upside. However, I am consistently disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this location.

There are always no gas pumps available. Either they are all taken up, or one or two of them are not working. This is especially frustrating when I am in a hurry.

The station is also located in a shady area. There is frequent panhandling right at the door of the convenience store.

The bathrooms are always trashed. There is always toilet paper everywhere and it is obvious the floors in the bathroom are not cleaned.

The only reason I am rating this location two stars instead of one is because the cashiers are generally nice. However, that is not enough to make up for the poor service and cleanliness of this location.

I would avoid coming to this Casey's if possible. There are much better Casey's and Weigel's locations in Knoxville.

Would give 5 stars because I like Casey's, but I can't help but notice the large amount of panhandling homeless people standing in front of the store begging. The city really needs to do something about it.

I work nearby, and this Casey's is the only place open before I work, so typically it'd be convenient, however, I have never once in my time here seen this Casey's open on time.

As a rideshare driver I frequent different convenience stores throughout the city daily for drinks and restroom breaks. It appears this location has never cleaned the bathroom since the name change. Smelled like old urine and the wall as, floors, toilets all covered with it. No way it ever gets cleaned and look like it does every time I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure to be in this area of town and stopped there. Literally 5 or 6 different times over the course of the last 3 months and it’s the same every time. I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and kept trying it again and again but I’ve reached the conclusion that these are acceptable standards for this place and won’t be back.

Routinely closes before posted business hours. Wont even pick up the phone so I have to go all the way there just to find them closed early.

If I could give no stars I would. Panhandling increased exponentially. Bought Vuse pods for 2 weeks opening in front of cashier to make sure they are good. Today all different cashiers, opened up 1-4 pack of pods and all 4 were dark, orange scorched color. I said I wont take these, these are all bad, she took all 4 to the back came back out and said you cant open them here, you can open 1 more hopefully they are good. I again explained I purchase around $25 every 2 days on these and I need to make sure all pods are good. Again, she said cant open in store. I then said all cashiers last 2 weeks HAD NO ISSUE opening up nicotine product, I get harrassed for money both coming in and out by panhandlers now this. You can bet I'll poorly review and take my business elsewhere. No more shopping there, it's too dangerous and you get robbed by management trying to purchase products. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Update hours. Says closes at 11, I got there a little before 11:40 and the doors were locked. I would have gone to another place (paid for an Uber) if I would have known you close at 11. Thanks…

Casey's convenience store is a disgrace to to pilot store it replaced. They have their own soft drinks in the fountain center but falsely advertise as coca cola products. I was there on friday and noticed a huge display of 15 pack Gatorade the sign attached to the display read 2 for 4.50 or 3 for 5.50 I was like what a great deal so I carried 2 to the counter but told cashier I wanted him to ring up 3. He did and told me the total was 79.83 I told him about the sign and as he laughed at me he said it's 3 bottles for 5.50 once again false advertisement and very embarrassing. I'll be shopping at weigela from now on

This is the closest gas station to me but I avoid going there. Every time I go there I see a beggar asking for money, sometimes someone will stand beside the door and open it for people then asks for money when they leave. Some customers act as thugs and shows no respect to others. Avoid this place for your own safety.

pumps were going so slow I just gave up and went somewhere else. what kind of gas station can’t give you gas? oh and the receipt paper was empty, just like every other time I’ve stopped here. Why did Caseys have to buy all the Pilots and RUIN them? just sad.
