Good prices and friendly staff

Even if there is a lot of people in the store, they always have plenty of cashiers to get you checked out quickly. Really good store.

They had my Lay chips on sale for 2 for 5 and that is a great deal. The real price is 2 for 7 and that is too high. But lately it's been 4 for 8 and that's my best deal..... And yes I LOVE CHIPS,....I AM A CHIP ADDICT ....BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY FAVORITE HOT LAYS CHIPS.....

The customer service desk employee who works during the day is awesome! At my local Kroger, I know if I need anything from customer service it's going to be at least 30 minutes, but here it's fast and friendly and I really appreciate it and hope she is recognized, I don't know her name but she has blonde hair and I think it's curly.

Didn’t catch their names, but the gentleman scanning my items and the two guys bagging my groceries were some of the most efficient and friendly grocery store employees I think I’ve ever met in my life. I had a huge amount of groceries and they knocked it out within a few minutes and helped me load the car without me even asking them to. Today is 12/18/21 if anyone in management looks at this review and wants to give those guys a raise, haha. A+++

I found everything I needed just fine. The store was clean and well organized. One thing that I have noticed the past few times in there was only one live cashier works now but all the self serve are open. Meaning that there is a wait in both places, maybe they should consider having more than one cashier.

The employee's are awesome and and great variety of everything

This Kroger was nice and clean and well organized. Conveniently located and there are lots of other goods and services in the shopping center. I'm sure we'll be back often during our stay!

One of the best produce departments in any Kroger store. Never find any rotten onions in the bag of onions. Meat department is stocked nicely.

Always friendly and stocked

Our pharmacist Mr. Lock was wonderful. He helped me with every concern. He made us fill right at home. We had problems with a major chain and within moments, he had the problem resolved! He is the best pharmacist we have ever had.

You have yet to experience East Tennessee until you've visited the Fellini Kroger of Broadway. When I moved here 10 years ago I heard about it and laughed at all the crazy funny story's. As funny and amazing as they were told , it came nowhere near the joy visiting there did for me!
First I have to say that the Fellini nickname is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The characters I came across was a Fellini movie come alive , from the drunk guy with one leg in stolen hospital wheelchair to the 65 year old blond woman rocking a perm to Pure white trash.PERFECT

Very clean store and everything is easily accessible. Only downside is a couple of rude employees and (sorry to say this) homeless people begging for change outside. Otherwise, very nice store.

I love this Kroger! The WooHoo deals are awesome! I can always find what I need, from organic produce to hog jowl and everything in between! The staff is always helpful and nice 😉 Fellinnis is my fave 😆

I tried the pickup service today for the first time, and they did an amazing job of choosing substitutes for my items that weren’t in stock. They’re the best and doing great.

You can't beat their prices; so don't try. Very clean and easy to get what you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back next time that we are here.

Great prices on low cost items...normally I would spend more money with less bags, this time it was the other way around...I had more bags and spent money equivalent to the merchandise on sale.

Just a quick trip today. Busy but friendly. Got through checkout pretty quickly. Staff, as always, friendly and courteous.

Kroger was a great experience. Went through the self check out. Spent about 95 dollars, I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
