Lowe's Home Improvement

Today we ate out on the patio. Nice little setup with umbrellas for a bit of shade. They could use a couple more though, sun was pretty strong today. Anyway, as usual the food was fantastic. The server on the patio was pretty swamped though & could've probably used some help. But overall it was still a good experience for today.

They've got everything you need for your home improvement or DIY. Love their tools and outdoor section. Bought a lawnmower from them and love it.

We had 14 blinds cut to order. The young lady in the window covering department did an outstanding job. The blinds all fit perfectly.

I have been shopping at Lowe's for years. I had ordered online and went to pick up the items at a secure locker located inside the store. The store was very clean and the shelves were well stocked. I will be returning to Lowe's absolutely!

Mike K went beyond good customer service and cut the 4×4 I bought by using hand saw. He's a veteran of this great nation and now he's serving with loyalty at Lowe's. Whoever hired him can be proud, very impressive.

We had a great experience at Lowe's, Perrysburg today. We were looking for electric snow blowers. An employee was very kind, and helped place the snow blower on a flat cart. The ladies at the self check-out made sure that other employees helped get the snow blower in our car. We cannot say enough good about our experience today.

I would like to share the experience that I've had with the Perrysburg location today. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, Gina Dakota Drew and Barb treated me like royalty. They were very nice, informative and helpful. All-star staff. I also completed the survey. Just wanted to make sure someone sees all of your efforts and hard work. You all deserve to be paid what you're worth, 1 million dollars!

Clean all in one typical home improvement store. Disappointed help was not easy to get then with a knee brace and no carts in sight told to "read the wall the cutting device was over there" until a wonderful woman came and helped me! Never had this issue before! Read the wall...pffftt. The young lady he was being cute with was surprised like me.

Prices are decent in most cases however some prices are a little high. Customer service is amazing anytime you ask for help they take you to the item that you need and are very friendly.

I come here way too often.. spend too much money at this store. Why? Because I frequent the stores that I'm treated the best at! Keep up the great work Lowe's employees!

Kyle was a phenomenal help! Knows what he’s talking about. I asked him to show me where the monster energy drinks were and he did so without any hesitation. I needed it after a long day! A very nice man! Has great customer service. Handsome too… Dont tell my husband! Ha ha.
