The staff at BAM at The Highlands is always so kind and welcoming! If I can't find something I'm looking for, they are always willing to help. :)

Really awesome store, every time I go in all the workers are very nice and respectful and overly helpful (like they'll walk you to where the book you're looking for is instead of telling you) it's super clean on the inside and there's just a huge selection so you'll definitely find something.

I LOVE BOOKS A MILLION!!! The one at the Highlands anyways!! The one in St. Clairsville SUCKS, they need to fight to get their old employee's back. I'm an avid reader and tend to visit just to smell the books its refreshing to me.

They have a huge selection of books. I was really impressed woth the selection.

We LOVE this store! The help there are super friendly and the atmosphere is serene. Only downside is that after covid they took out the coffee shop. 😣 Otherwise they get an A+ from me.

Shop around the corner feel even for its size. A bunch of folks reading. Friendly staff. Great selection.

They have a ton of different genre to choose from, this book store is made for everyone. If they don't have something they're willing to order and have it shipped straight to you. The workers are fun and friendly. Willing to help, and offer rewards, etc. Nice clean store as well. They have great sales with great selections. I got several new books from there.

This place is always a must. Nothing beats the smell of a new book in a brick and mortar store. Hands down better than any digital book I've bought.

Every time I need a specific title quickly I always stop in here. They have always had every title I stopped in for. The employees here are knowledgeable and always willing to help out and find anything you're looking for. They also offer random items that aren't books as well.

It has so many options for book lovers and if they don't have them they can order them for you. The staff is usually nice and helpful. Plus, you can get yourself some drinks for when you get lost in the sauce. Futher, the restrooms are usually a B, not always supper put together but not a mess

I just love this place. So do my grandkids. When I go in here I find so many books I want, that I usually spend $100.00 or more, but that's alright. ....we love to read. If we can't find it, the staff know exactly where to go look. Great place.

Big selection and nice little coffee shop inside. I was able to find my favorite tea there that I haven't had in a long time. Friendly staff as well.

The staff here are very friendly and kind. I called up to this store late one night while i was standing at the Ohio valley mall to see if they had the product i wanted (the mall store was out). They put me on hold, went looking, found the item and held it for me at the front desk. They were very nice and didn't mind that i came in so close to closing time.

Smaller book store but good selection. Lots of gift items. Gently used books as well as new books. Nicely laid out Kids section. Friendly staff.

Employees are always able and willing to help. It's not often I can't find a book when I'm there.
