Ingles Market

Recently went to Ingles on Cedar Lane, in North Knoxville, TN. This Ingles is a nice local neighborhood Grocery Store. I say that because unlike Kroger's in Fountain City, Kroger's have converted to the Delivery Service center which is cool for them but not always good for everyone. Ingles on the other hand is a friendly one stop shop. The Staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. There shelves are normally stocked with most name Brands, their store is clean and easily accessible, even for me. I am sure that most people who follow my posts know that I am in a Wheelchair, so I do see places, people from a different point of view. Their store is clean, plenty of parking including Handicap spaces, Wheelchair accessible as well.

Love this place. They have a wide variety of good quality stuff and fresh cut meats. Hardly anybody ever in there so it's nice and quiet. They carry Narragansett lager which I didn't think you could get anywhere around here. Pleasant surprise!

One of the cleanest grocerystores that I've been in. I asked for some help and they were very cooperative and walked me right to the shelf to pick up what I was shopping for.

Very nice store we will go back every month for oir large grocery shopping. People were great prices and less and the hamburger looks better than we were getting from food city.

The store on Merchants Lane is AWESOME.!!!

They don't have one bad employee - and, that reflects directly on the manager.!!!

Yeh, I watch the ads and buy some stuff elsewhere; however, I give Ingles 90-95% of my business.

I'm not gonna drive all over town for 'pennies on the dollar'.!!! To make this clear, I do drive down the street for - Dollars on the Dollar.!!!

Always clean and economical friendly only place I shop

Very nice grocery store ... clean, wide aisles and the friendliest workers.

Needed cash back and the sales clerk was there to help! Seriously, I got $59.48 back and only spent $60 The sales clerk instructed me that the candy bars were on sale with my value card. So I spent $.52 on the candy and got the remainder of the $60 in cash. This was perfect considering I didn't have the extra cash to pay for ATM fees. I was using a card I normally don't use, so the extra $2.50 + ATM fees weren't available. Normal stores only over certain increments for cash back. It was nice to get to pick how much I want to get back! First store that I know of to offer this option! (That I know of) thanks Ingles!

Amazing staff. I ran to the store 15 mins before they close and when I got there I realized I only had $1 with me. I had left my wallet home but I needed peanut butter to make lunches for the next day. I went to customer service and asked if there was a small jar or clearance one or something. These 2 ladies pulled there pocket charge together and gave it to me to pay for my peanut butter. It was a small thing to some but ment the world to me. Thank. You so much ladies

Ingles is close to my place and I was able to get a friend to transport me there. It’s a great grocery store with all of the essentials you need. The staff is nice, selection is above average and store management seems to be taking the customer experience seriously and keeping service standards high. I think there’s a focus on freshness of produce as well, which can get out of control at other stores. I’m glad to have such a good store I can easily get to right in my neighborhood.

This was the nicest grocery store I've shopped in a long time. The aisles are wide and not cluttered with displays. The store was very clean and the food selection was outstanding. The majority of the checkout lanes were open so there were no long lines. I wish I didn't live over an hour away, or this would definitely be my favorite grocery store.

To be honest, I was a little concerned when I arrived and saw the condition of the parking lot. However I could not have been more thrilled with my experience here. The store is clean and expertly laid out with a huge variety of products. Everyone I encountered including the wonderful woman at the deli counter and the kind woman who checked me out queer friendly and helpful I made me smile. I feel like this grocery store is an unknown gem that deserves more attention from corporate!

I love Ingles. Prices can be higher. Some beloved products are not carried but it is always clean, well stocked with a great bakery.

I liked this store. It was very clean. The people working there were very friendly. I walked across from my hotel a couple of times. If I lived in the area, I'd shop here regularly.
