I LOVE the self serve kiosk for Amazon returns! Scanning the QR code on my Amazon app was quick and easy. The long line to return packages after the holiday was mitigated by using the kiosk. I can’t attest to the staff as I didn’t interact with them - they were quite busy, but the convenience of the kiosk will hopefully take a bit of stress off of them and made my life so much easier! I really hope the kiosk sticks around - so easy to use!

the ladies who work here are lovely! they went out of their way to help me find boxes to fit what i was shipping out even though i was under the impression that i would be purchasing them. they are always friendly and very efficient!

Stopping by this place for most of my shipping needs, never disappoints, the ladies in there are so nice and very helpful, thumbs up!

I have been going to this UPS Store periodically for years and they are absolutely top notch!

Today I brought two unpackaged items with a return shipping label. They actually found a used box that was perfect and did not even charge me a penny to package up the item! 😁.

Try taking an open item to the post office and see if they'll package it up for you!

The UPS Store is so convenient. They will even package up and ship items for the postal service. (They did this for me once particularly when I had a pre-printed label.) 5.0 stars for the people that work here! 😊

Left a different UPS Store because of horrible experience in Maumee and came here. World of difference. Clean, up to date, and professional. Very helpful with my Amazon return even with a line of people. She was very kind to my 5 year old and let him pick out cards. My email of my return went right through. The manager here even under pressure of the long line and some frustrating people was still kind and helpful. So we will bring our business from Maumee to here from now one.

Very helpful. The younger woman who I want to ask out everytime I'm in there but I don't know her age, plus I can't get words into sentences anyways. And I still get great service!!! Always fixing something for me. Even took the usps package I accidentally brought....

Had this store pack and ship a 60 lb awkward shape outboard motor....several external fragile elements on this are particularly concerning when shipped. Packaging required super heavy bubble wrap, thorough protection of fragile extremities, and construction of a custom box. A+ service. Communications were effective, constant and professional. Motor arrived across the country undamaged. Spectacular! I really appreciate the service!!!!

Friendly Staff and Clean store. Woman named Chris is always working when I go in and she is super helpful. I can't tell you how many times I've messed everything up from packaging/boxes to messing up shipping labels but she always fixes me up. I am thankful for the nice and very helpful service from this location. I used to use USPS for my eBay sales but they're so slow and rude at all the local USPS so UPS has business from now on!

Great service and attention to detail. I have shipped a mirrored cabinet to California, and an extremely fragile light fixture with very delicate glass light globes to Texas. Both items arrived in A-1 perfect condition. I couldn't believe they didn't break - anything fragile gets broke with UPS, but not when you use this store! You pay a bit extra to have it packed by them, but its done correctly and they truly care. Well done and thank you. I will always take my expensive, fragile items here to ship!

The two angels at the store this evening thank you. They went above and beyond to comfort my adult son with special needs. The kindness and fast service in helping us is sooooo appreciated. He walked out the door with a complete different attitude stated " that was fun" . I will definitely share my experience. Thanks again. I cryed all the way home from the kindness we received.

I’ve shipped with UPS at this store for a long time and I have never had any issues. Free packaging tape was provided ( in some store they charged $2).

Even when the store was slammed with customers the staff were polite and patient. They were professional, even when a rude lady started coughing at them or the obnoxious old man that kept leaning past the counter to look at their screens. Great service when I got to the counter. Will go again.

Hands down this is the best place to ship! I send out a lot of packages, often weirdly sized or hard to pack and they always figure it out. The team there is always professional, helpful, courteous, and great at problem solving (and saving $$).
