My sister & I came to Lake George for a girl's weekend if shopping & relaxing, the sales girl here was Very helpful, we got a lot of girlie stuff, & stuff for our husbands as well, nice people nice place

Customer service was great but I was disappointed to learn they won't be carrying hosiery anymore :(

The lady working there was rude and didnt measure me right.

I went into the Hanes outlet in Lake George to find out how much was on my gift card, as the number on the back of the card goes directly to a busy signal. I walked in and one of the ladies did acknowledge me, I went to the check out desk and waited for someone to help me. They were two other sales rep about 10 feet away who were just talking. They did see me, I just waited patiently for about 3min ( it felt like for ever). Also, there was NO one in the store. I just walked out and I turned around and saw one of the sales ladies look at me and walked to the check out desk. I just threw away the gift card as I was just disappointed. I work in retail and would never treat a customer like that. Shame on them!
